Typical right wing nonsense scare tactics that cannot be backed up with any facts.

Nice job Anderson for calling this guy out.

The point that Anderson is missing is that the guy is saying there is a hole in our security that could allow the terrorist to take advantage of our weakness. For crying out loud does it have to happen before it is considered a problem???? Anderson, CNN and many other news outlets would rather America be on Defense rather than on Offense. This will not do if we are going to defeat the terrorist!!! I was worried about voting for this guy when I saw the teacher from the university. I will now vote for Louie Gohmert because of his concerns for our country. What he is doing is not scare tactics, it a possibility of how the terrorist can take us down. They are a patient enemy. 15 years down the road is not too long for them and it could happen.

I definitely think it is political. That being said I believe there are factions or extremists that are not above such measures.

It is a brilliant strategy by terrorists bent on taking down this country. American citizens by birth, raised most of thier young lives trained and brain washed by militant terrorists could come back and cause another 911 or even worse. The Congressman is not a sensationalist just concerned for our country. He has no evidence because he will not name his source which is the right thing to do, and even if he did they would never admit it. I live in a huge complex in a big city and I am amazed at the huge number of Moslim immigrants mostly young women with large families. Many have been deserted by thier husbands and are on welfare. Is it really hard to believe that these women are being used to breed future terrorists? Do we have to wait 20-30 years to find out?

This is just sad. Sad for US citizens that this type of fear mongering goes on on the floor of the US House of Representatives. This just embarassing for the people of Texas and the U.S.

I had to get off of the couch go in my office and sign on to respond to this interview. Although Gohmert is not my rep., he is indicative how grossly stupid and ridiculous our government regardless of party. Not only is he an idiot, he also is a retired judge????? What an insult to our judicial system as well?????? Great job Anderson maintaining your composure!!!! By the way, I can't say a whole lot about the Texas rep., my S.C. governor used "our" dollars to fly out of the country to meet with his mistress. Sad days in the great U.S.A.

I do not care what occurred in Nacogdoches! Despite the fact I lived there for a time period. It does not erase the fact that the "Terrorists" do not like America. They do not love the Christian God...being the one who died on the cross and rose again in 3 days!

Mr. Gohmert..is simply stating the possible idea of what is happening. But, those igonorant or too scared to face the idea ......come on you people ....look at 911. Ten years prior, I was a working student taking care of an elderly man in Lubbock Texas. As he was listening to an AM radio station, I swear he said that our own airplanes would crash into America buildings. I thought whatever! Sure enough 10 years later!!America is a people afraid to protect their country and their borders. So very sad!

Hey, next thing you know..Mexico will be killing everyone! Apparently, our leaders are letting them legally kill Americans. I cannot believe the weakness of America. Why are we so afraid to face the truth and fight for our boarders and fight for peace.

Why go all the way to WAR in IRAQ....just to fail? We are not a weak country, but our leaders are letting us fail....so very sad

I don't mind AC asking for evidence from the congressman. But in the subsequent interview with the staffer the questions were phrased more in the line of "in your opinion" or "do you have any doubt?" Where is the rebutting of show your evidence. No wonder ratings are floundering. I don't pay that much attention but that was glaring

Well, this comes at no surprise. This is just what happens in East Texas. If you speak up or try to defend yourself in anyway that goes against the "Good Old Boys" you will be dealt with swiftly. In the T town you can get away with rap, assault, and attempted murder during business hours. Well, what I mean politics over rule the laws here in America. Especially, here in East Texas.

If we are talking about 'home grown' terrorism here, I think we should definitely be concerned! I spent a wkend with a friend of mine and everything else aside, this was the only thing we were in complete agreement about!
