Why are we giving this man any consideration at all? He is a cold hearted, cold blooded murderer who had no consideration for anyone he terrorized! Not even two little girls with gas and bleach poured on them! Knowing full well what the outcome would be! And he left the house laughing wearing one of their hats! This INFURIATES me! I am SICK of hearing about his rights, his comfort, his this his that. What a waste of money and time. What a torturous procedure this is for the families. Why do they have to continue re-living this and suffering through the horrid details any longer? It is time for what ever healing that can possibly be, after such a crime, to begin. What about some consideration there?? When will they have a right to begin healing? He must never ever be able to inflict such pain and suffering, or anything even close, to anyone else. In prison or out. He is nothing but a bug. Squash him.
Love you Jenna, Hayley, & KK.

After the guilt phase if the prosecution hadn't called any witnesses it wouldn't have been a surprise. The defense though will probably drag it out with everyone the convicted man has ever known. No matter how many good character references witnesses he gets, the bottom line is that the mother and her two daughters are still dead and by his hand and that of his cohort.
