We have breaking news out of North Carolina where new subpoenas are issued in the investigation of former presidential candidate John Edwards. Plus,  the student body president at the University of Michigan breaks his silence. Hear what Chris Armstrong has to say about the attacks by the state's assistant district attorney.  Anderson also talks with talk show host Dr. Phil McGraw on bullying.

Scroll down to join the live chat during the program. It's your chance to share your thoughts on tonight's headlines. Keep in mind, you have a better chance of having your comment get past our moderators if you follow our rules.

Here are some of them:

1) Keep it short (we don't have time to read a "book")
2) Don't write in ALL CAPS (there's no need to yell)
3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links
5) Watch your language (keep it G-rated; PG at worst - and that includes $#&*)

No one respects anyone anymore and most don't even respect themselves. That is a problem. Where are the morals, values, knowing whats right or wrong and making good decisions? That seems to be a skill some of our young people lack as well as some adults. A good example is this young man who without thought or care decided to video tape his roommate and broadcast what he taped. Seemed like a good idea at the time, even something we've seen in the movies but look at the outcome....a young man who had a lot to give this world I'm sure is gone because of some stupid, idiotic action. It's very sad.

All of this is bringing back so much from when I was going through the same.

I think we as a nation need to do something.

I know how it feels to think there is no other option, that the only way to make it stop is to die and I didn't even have to deal with all the technology and having it happen at home and to truly have no escape.

It really breaks my heart that this is happening.
