    It's too bad we don't have a high school class in comparative religions – I took one in college and it helped me understand not only all the different major religions but the beauty of each as well. No one tries to sway you into believing one over the other – its basically a history class with current events on each religion thrown in. In my class we also visited a service for each religion we studied that semester (different religions were studied in different semesters) – I learned a great deal not only about the religions but also about mankind's quest for something greater than himself and that we are not that different from each other no matter if we call ourselves Baptist, Quaker, Greek Orthodox, Hindu, Taoist, Muslim, or Catholic. A little learning goes a long way and helps people understand that they have nothing to fear from the mainstream individuals of other religions.
