[cnn-photo-caption image=http://i2.cdn.turner.com/cnn/2009/images/01/02/liveblogfinal.copy.jpg]

Tonight on 360°, a home invasion that ended in the murder of a mom and her two daughters. The trial is ongoing. Today in testimony new evidence was offered, along with insight on an alleged motive. Plus, Delaware GOP Senate candidate Christine O'Donnell refusing to answer direct questions from us, but insisting reporters are twisting her words. We're keeping her honest.

Scroll down to join the live chat during the program. It's your chance to share your thoughts on tonight's headlines. Keep in mind, you have a better chance of having your comment get past our moderators if you follow our rules.

Here are some of them:

1) Keep it short (we don't have time to read a "book")
2) Don't write in ALL CAPS (there's no need to yell)
3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links
5) Watch your language (keep it G-rated; PG at worst - and that includes $#&*)

    Well said Mr. Spitzer!

I know people are frustrated and angry, but Pres. Obama and his administration have not had enough time to solve the multitude of problems that took 8 yrs. to create.

Why can't our "leaders" find a way to work together for the good of the country.

Just saying "no" until you get back into power does not help a single American.

Hi Anderson, IS america crazy? How can the people who broke the bank want to sell that same receipe to us?

I think Tea Partiers are basically libertarians.

    @Jo Ann,
"She didn't belong in the race in the first place. She is not qualified."

The fact that she won is still stunning.

@Emily, "and she has only herself to blame for that. (not the medias, like she thinks)"

She didn't belong in the race in the first place. She is not qualified.

    Jo Ann and Emily,
Right, She will be not held pick or election on Nov as well. I expect that people will not vote for Christine O'Donnell.

    Hello everyone,

I like the new health care reform. Finally the GOP does something right with that but now, to play to the Tea Pots, they claim they will take it away.

"She didn't belong in the race in the first place. She is not qualified."

And that also has nothing to do with dem or rep. She just isn't qualified and it is definitely showing.

    I kept hearing conflicting thoughts....

Some think that the GOP really don't want to win the Senate too, just the House now. In 2012, the GOP will then have a better chance to win everything. What do you think?

The will of what people? "The People" covers alot of folks.

Actually I agree Jo Ann. All of the media attention just makes the tea partiers want her even more. Same thing happened with the half term governor.

J.J. Jr. and the businessman: Funny how political apologies always seem to come a day late but hopefully never a vote short.

It's a shame that the Ethics Committee continues to find so Many elected officials who don't seem to have any eithics!

You would think if you were going to live a public life, you would take super care to make sure that your behavior and reputation was spotless.

@Emily-'I was just thinking how sad it is that there is an "Ethics Committee", and Wow, are they busy! How sad is that?!'

@Libby, "don't worry.. Anderson will be fair and talk about a Democrat as well"

I am an Independent so it is not a matter of Republican or Democrat to me, it is a matter of relevance and she is no longer relevant. If she is charged with something then it should be reported, if not she is history.

Exactly Emily! Most of the info out there is not hearsay, but words out of her mouth...on camera! She blames the media for hounding her. She decided to run for office, she has to do the interviews or suffer the consequences.

I say Jesse Jackson Jr. needs to pay the money back that he used and take some sort of punishment but at least he is coming clean and saying what he did instead of lying about it

Having a mistress is irrelevant? It goes to character. I am sure it is relevant to the people in Jackson's district.

I wonder if term limits on Senate and House members would help to prevent them from becoming corrupt?

    Anderson,
Hi! It's great to see you on again.
Ms. O'Donnell seems not to recognize the importance of availability to the media when running a public campaign–even if the questions are unwanted or harsh.

Don't understand why Christine O'Donnell can't talk candidly in front of the cameras if she doesn't have anything to hide from the public.

    September 22, 2010 at 10:04 pm |
  39. Heather - Spokane, WA

Where exactly are her words being mixed up? So far I havent seen any 'word mixing'

Good evening Anderson and everyone. I guess Christine O'Donnell hasn't realized yet that these allegations are not just going away because she doesn't answer them. Fortunately for Delaware, it appears that her numbers are gruesome and she won't get elected.

O'Donnell is at least 16 points behind Coons. She is yesterday's news. Why are you wasting more time on her?

    September 22, 2010 at 10:03 pm |
  44. Pat, Ontario, Canada

You could probably get O'Donnell to talk if you contacted her through an Ouija board
