Terror Babies?! Revisted: Join the Live Chat

[cnn-photo-caption image=http://i2.cdn.turner.com/cnn/2009/images/01/02/liveblogfinal.copy.jpg]

We're setting the record straight on terror babies. That's the idea that terrorists come into this country to have a baby so the child can be raised and trained overseas to return to the U.S. many years later as a citizen and commit an act of terror. Texas State Representatives Debbie Riddle talked about it our program on August 10th. This week in another interview she tried to change the facts.

Scroll down to join the live chat during the program. It's your chance to share your thoughts on tonight's headlines. Keep in mind, you have a better chance of having your comment get past our moderators if you follow our rules.

Here are some of them:

1) Keep it short (we don't have time to read a "book")
2) Don't write in ALL CAPS (there's no need to yell)
3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links
5) Watch your language (keep it G-rated; PG at worst - and that includes $#&*)

@Emily–They are the police. They can knock on the door. It's OK. I'm not trying to place blame. It was an incomprehensible crime for any police force.

I'm surprised that this is the first time that Judge Judy beat Oprah...I didn't think that JJ was thought of as a "daytime show".

    That's great! 🙂
This was a very funny case. 😛

That's amazing the Judge Judy is #1. It's a decent show, but how much arguing can America stand? (A lot it seems.)

It's just too bad the victim at the bank counter could have said something like "I need police to swarm my vehicle in the parking lot asap; my two daughters are being held hostage". Then again, she was terrified and probably thinking only of her two daughters. 🙁

    @Karoline,
"Isn't terror coming from a victim reason enough for police to respond in a hurry?"

From what I heard, the police were outside of the house in no time whatsoever. They didn't see anything happening from the outside, nothing that looked suspicious.

My protection is my dog and wasp spray. (use wasp spray instead of mace that way the attacker or intruder has to go to the hospital to get it out of their eyes, I learned that in a law class)

These are some good tips, hope no one has to use them. I remember Oprah's show on don't let anyone take you to an other location. And scream fire not help. What a world.
