Unlike RAF Al-Qaeda is a well managed business, small enough to sustain market lows and large enough to produce in a moment notice.

al Qaeda will continue to grow, even here at home, if policians continue to use fear for votes.

AS specific Al Qaeda wekening. Has spawned look a likes yes for sure. The clamp down on money collection blocking websites and in Europe the
Terrorist incitement and detention Laws and prosecutions in UK at least of Militant and radical Imam's has curbed the intensity both of Imam and the general populace ( UK) concern about muslims.
Howeve, if France with its anti veil laws US opposition to Community centre and potential Qur'an burner Danish cartoonists and Swiss anti minaret laws all lead to even moderate so called muslims thinking the faith is under attack and in some minds Justifies Jihad.
The proof is basically that current issues are largely in Muslim nations with suicide bombers attacking other muslims and with 3/4 weird individuals underpants bomber, military doctor pulling off weird stunts that actually failed.
NewMajor groups like Hizbollah, Hamas ( developed in the past,) are not coming into existence, otherthan in a small way in Yemen and Somalia, none of which are major international threat and will not be for the next 20 years, probably more.
My worry is pouring money into a corrupt Afghanistan may lead to money going to fund a new terrorist group

Many of us do not want the Mosque built so close to Ground 0 because we remember the celebrations in the streets in the middle east and here by the Muslims on 9-11. Also, too many Muslims allow the terrorist to mingle in with them and call them brother. Do you not think the terrorist call it a victory to build so close to G-0? Do you not think that people that maybe even helped plan 9-11 will go and worship there? You ask why America does not trust Muslims when they yell kill America and burn our flag before a book was ever burned. Why is that OK and we must live in fear if a joke is even made about Ala? I did not hear the imams condemning the many protesters Pissing on and burning our flag. Why is no one for the world to see calling the G-0 imam and anti Americans protesters stupid and other names also called to the pasture and very few that wanted to burn a book when at least 70 percent of America does not want the mosque built next to G-0? The Terrorists have won. America is afraid and will not stand up for our rights because of fear of the Al Qaeda and savage Muslims that will go from 0 to crazy in seconds if provoked in any way. Maybe we should be feared just a little more.

I do not think they are weakening. I am sure they find it grand that they have America and the rest of the world so scared of them that we condemned and stopped a christian pastor from practicing his freedom of speech and freedom of religion by burning a book that is in direct conflict with christianity. No my friend they have pretty much won.

Saddened to see the world is in such chaos over stupid subjects when there is so much at stack.

Education was supposed to breed good in all what happened.

Ok don't build a mosque, instead build an institution that will cater to all religions.

If anyone had sense and could swallow their ego's maybe we can move forward and try to live in harmony insteada of breading hate and racism.

The world is our oyster make it a livable place for our children, grow up you ignorant people out there

    Food for thought!

Wisen up you people out there, look within to find peace and harmony. Make this world a better place............
