Trust me you do NOT want 1000 more like him, he has cost us 43 million and counting in lawsuits and it looks like he could cost 46 million more by the time the dust has cleared from Interim prosecutor Romley laying an epic smack-down on him and his lap dog Andy Thomas yesterday. The people of Maricopa County are sick of all the corruption and threats and power plays- Joe and Andy will be lucky if they don't end up in jail.

Come on denise, the illegals have their own country, and they have a right to make it a democracy just as we have. they have the right to write their own laws, and enforce their way of life on their citizens. If it were a true democracy, almost every one in mexico would be happy with the outcome of their own elections, and they would be able to enforce their border laws just as we have. what i'm saying is they have a right to screw up their own country just as we have or make it better.

Sheriff Joe Arpiao's solution is very one dimensional as is the man himself! The self proclaimed toughest sheriff in America is nothing more than an arrogant wind bag. If you look into this man for legal reasons you will find yourself under investigation. And with all the people he has investigated and used his sheriff deputies against, not 1 conviction! But now that the federal government is investigating him, he can not stand it. Every time this jerk is on camera he makes it a point to go on and on about the federal government investigating him. Like they are doing it just to punish him because they do not like him. Every time he brings it up there is a sarcastic tone in his voice and he is clearly agitated. His attitude is I am doing what needs to be done and no one can stop me! I love how he goes on in a discussion on CNN to say "They can investigate me, but they can not fire me". That is his attitude that who cares investigate me all you want because you can not touch me! We do not need more of this idiot, do people here want another Nazi Germany? Sheriff Joe is nothing more than an abusive jerk on a power trip and possible a criminal!

Just left Phoenix, Arizona after visiting family for a month. Lived in Phoenix for 40 years and it's nothing like what the Governor and others are portraying, it's no more than politics at play.

Why not build a "Berlin Wall" at our Border?
Why not give jobs now in China to Mexico? The Mexican People would love to stay at home. Let us make sure however that they can earn a
"livable" Wage. That is one of the problems. American Corporations have outsourced to Mexico and the People doing the work cannot possibly survive on the wages they earn.
All of the Mexicans I met were dependable and hard working individuals.

Sounds to me like Mr Arpaio's solution to the immirgration problem is to simply lock them up. Ah, yeah....that isn't the solution what-so-ever. Maybe for those breaking the law but others simply looking for a better way of life? Come on Sheriff Arpaio. Get off your high horse. Try out some of Paul Begala's ideas and see if they work. Who knows? We might be pleasantly surprised.
