[cnn-photo-caption image=http://i2.cdn.turner.com/cnn/2009/images/01/02/liveblogfinal.copy.jpg]

Tonight on 360°, dead oyster found in the Gulf.  Plus, a BP doctor talks about the injuries and illnesses he's seeing on the job.

Here are some of them:

1) Keep it short (we don't have time to read a "book")
2) Don't write in ALL CAPS (there's no need to yell)
3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links
5) Watch your language (keep it G-rated; PG at worst - and that includes $#&*)

    @ Libby: I think the laws are still on the books. They just made a conscience decision not to enforce the laws. Just like our current immigration policies.

    Why not try a 10' ring of steel weighing a ton or more , clamping a fabric tube 10' by 1 mile long .This could be lowerd by cable to set on the sea floor arround the broken pipe.The presure would force the oil to the serface. Where it could be sucked up or burnt off. Thanks for reading

    Jo Ann, we had oil men in charge for 8 years. A lot of the rules and regulations of oil drilling were tossed out the window. 🙁

    @Jo Ann,
    I wonder if Billy can get that interview with the Gov?
    It's very sad that no one (gov. or bp) is providing information, to AC360 or the people.

    Close the hole, and close it right now. Please, for my son, i want him to grow in a lush and rich environment, with lots of snow, like in the 80's. close the hole.

    then we can start to clean up, its madness to wait for BP. close it now please.
