containment,containment,containment. Why not circle a barrier around where the oil is coming up and pump it out from there.This seems to easy.catch it there not on the shore line.How about a 20foot wide plastic pipe over the top of the oil as deep as it has to be to catch the oil and pump it out their.Again this seems to easy. Think containment. thank you .Larry T.
