Tonight on 360°, seeking transparency from BP. The federal government wants it. We want it. Is the company paying enough claims? How much oil is really leaking into the Gulf? There are just of the questions we want answered. We have all the latest developments from the Gulf and tonight's other headlines.

Here are some of them:

3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links

Where are all the ships at ? all the views of the oil spill shows only a few boats with booms behind them. I would think every ship and vessel capable of clean up should be used. Also has anyone thought to modify those huge vacuum dredge barges which suck up extreme amounts of mud off the bottom tosuck up the oil on the surface?
Great show as usual. Thanks to all!
I cannot imagine how painful it is to hear something like what those families had to hear. Bless them all. have a good night everyone
To continue, BP has not been transparent enough to the government and the American people. Put a constant High Res camera on that pipe, and get one of BPs talking heads to explain in detail what is going on. And this thing of BP and their private security keeping the media out of public land is BS!
Good Night Everyone! Sleep Well!
Good night Anderson, 360 Team, Jo Ann, Mike, Nicole, David, Megan, Nancy, Gloria, Sree, & Bloggers!
Wonderful show! 🙂
Anderson,
Obviously BP knows what this well is producing without video they knew what it was or forecast it before they drilled it. Just find out what the offsets (Other wells in the area) are producing already pressures etc oil to gas ratio and more should be available data.
Thank you, for another awesome show; we are all truly blessed with you down there ensuring that this tragedy gets continued attention. Sweet Dreams, Anderson Cooper.
to help with the unemployment , why dont they give the oil companies on land an incentive if there is going to be a moritorium
Thanks Anderson et all! You are all over this oil disaster! You're the man! Xo
Good night AC360 team and fellow bloggers.
Thanks again Anderson and CNN for trying to get as much imformation as you can to the public and your followers. Stay safe everyone.
Why can't the government treat BP like a terrorist, seize their equipment and allow a different oil company to complete the tasks at hand (all paid for in the end by BP)?
I see a clean cut on the oil pipe from the hi-def pictures you are showing us. I am dumb founded that with all the experience, technology, and resources that BP cannot put a cap on this? Ridicules!!!! I could drive the ROV down there and put a cap on that pipe. I will do it for free!!! Find a solution and lets be done with this. Pretty soon the entire Gulf will be dead and then there will be no reason to stop drilling there.
@ Andersson. Ask the rig workers about the logs. Down hole logs, wireline logs and mud logs. Those provide extraordinary levels of detail of every minute of operation. That data is all in BP's records.
Good night Anderson, Gary, and Tom and bloggers Emily, Nancy, Mike, Starr, Nicole, Sree, and Megan.
