The government ought to take over BP and put in a battle-hardened GENERAL in charge of the oil clean-up, somene who really gets "strategy" and "logistics," who commands respect, who is not motivated by profit or PR, and who will lop off the heads of non-performers. This is war. Intentionally or not, BP has launched an assault on America's beaches! It is despoiling our national natural treasures and injuring many millions of Americans.
This is HUGE. Let's quit diddling around!
