Vince Cefalu is a talented, experienced agent who simply wants to pursue his purpose – chasing bad guys. That is what we, as taxpayers, want him to do as well. So, ATF step up to your responsibilites – admit where you are wrong and make it right – and then get SA Cefalu and the other agents living in fear of retaliation back to work.
I want to commend you for taking this story on. I am one of many employees that has had to tolerate retaliation on the job. It is ridiculous and unprofessional behavior that would not be tolerated from a child. It has become really difficult to report mismanagement or illegal practices within corporate America and that behavior is costing all of us emotionally and the company loses financially as well. I would love to see you do further research on the effect that poor professional behavior is having on us; bullying employees, retaliation tactics, false documentation of employees in an effort to justify termination, etc.
