Here are some of them:
1) Keep it short (we don't have time to read a "book")
2) Don't write in ALL CAPS (there's no need to yell)
3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links

Drill baby drill?....more like "destroy the coast and the gulf baby"
...I have a question, which (in all likelihood because I've been out of the loop for a few weeks) I've neither seen asked nor answered. What if they cannot stop the leak? What if it just keeps on leaking? How much oil is there in that particular field, and just how far will it spread? Are we potentially looking at it getting into the Gulf Stream and heading up the east coast? If so, how far, potentially, could it go?
Anderson, Has anyone discussed what will happen once a Hurricane enters the Gulf? Will it pick up all of that oil on the bottom of the Gulf and slam it into whatever part of the coast is in the eye of the Hurricane? What can be expected from that horrific possibility? Millions of gallons of oil slug slammed into New Orleans, Alabama, Florida or even up the East Coast once it travels far enough? I think this should be examined, discussed, and prepared for. It will happen at some point.
Anderson,if a doctor can put a stint in a persons leg and feed it up thru his heart to unclog a aterry why couldnt u do the reverse feed a stint into the oil pipe and fill up a huge air bag to stop the leak, just a thought,John God Help Us
I have wondered since news of it's failure was reported, why the concrete & steel 'funnel' or cap wasn't equipped with a heat coil inside driven by super-heated steam from the surface to melt the ice crystals that clogged it up. Anyone heard anything about such an idea?
What is done to secure all the other oilriggs out there?Or we just have to wait and do nothing, until it happens again?!
Thank you, for another gripping show. I sure hope something works soon.
I have always wanted to visit New Orleans. I am curious, to hear their French dialect.
Wish you all a great night,
Di
