Everyone is blaming BP and the government for poor clean up efforts and the initial leak. As Americans and consumer of oil, are we not all somewhat to blame? While BP and the government should have reacted faster, our consumption of fossil fuels created the need for dangerous drilling, which as we have seen, has devastating consequences.
Anderson for the sake of keeping them honest at all levels it would be interesting to ask the CEO of BP who was brazenly commenting on the performance of this toxic dispersant they insist on using, that it is banned in Britain not only because of its toxicity but also for its less than adequate performance compared to other formulas. It would be worth your while perhaps to trace who the maker of the dispersant is and its contractual ties to BP. They would not be allowed to dump it in British waters, but yet here they are openly defying the EPA and further adding to the environmental devastation of our waters. This is adding insult to injury. Very painful to watch.
