seriously eric? think that its "at the same time" comparable to say what is a kid doing dressing in women's clothes to kids bringing and using guns in school? While I believe it is not a wise idea for a boy to wear women's clothes to school, it is frustrating to see that this is the focus in your response. Also, a good reason for sexual harassment from a gay kid at 9 years old not to be taken seriously is... a 9 year old being accused to sexual harass anyone for any sexual cause is ridiculous.. straight or gay, and mostly likely taken way to far out of recognition of his "being different".

Yeah, Eric, the problem here is the kid dressing in women's clothes, not at all the kid who blew his brains out.

    In response to Eric:

Morally wrong? Who said it is morally wrong for a boy to wear "girl's" clothing? You are taking gender stereotypes to the extreme and then posting your ridiculous views on CNN for the world to see. Someone needs to stand up and defend this boy's decision to wear whatever he wanted to wear to school, without having to have reprucussions for doing so. What is wrong with society today? People think that if someone is "different" than the norm, it is then ok or even can be seen as justified when that person gets picked on, beat up, harrassed, etc. Pathetic. Everyone deserves the right to be who they are, even if that harmlessly deviates from the norm. People should be teaching their children tolerance. I'm ashamed that Eric's comment will be the first one seen on this page, as it DOES NOT represent the opinion of many other Americans.

A child should be able to dress any way they want to without the fear of being ridiculed.

There is no excuse for bulling and the school should be fully accountable, when I was in school and bullies tried me they were always reduced to the lowest term.a free lesson of higher learning from me.

all i have to say is wow. kids bring guns to school now adays like its nothing. But at the same time....what in the world is a kid doing dressing in womens clothes at school? the school shouldnt even allow that, and what about the parents? Dont they have any moral sense to stand up and tell their kid that is wrong? From what i understand he sexually harasset the kids at school as early on as 9 years old!! The school didnt take no action against this??
