[cnn-photo-caption image=http://i2.cdn.turner.com/cnn/2009/images/01/02/liveblogfinal.copy.jpg]

Tonight on 360°, breaking news on the flooding in Nashville. Police going door-to-door today making survivors have what they need. At least 9 deaths in the city, 19 across the state. We'll have the latest. Plus, the latest developments on the Times Square bomb suspect. His suspected ties to Pakistan and more.

Scroll down to join the live chat during the program. It's your chance to share your thoughts on tonight's headlines. Keep in mind, you have a better chance of having your comment get past our moderators if you follow our rules.

Here are some of them:

1) Keep it short (we don't have time to read a "book")
2) Don't write in ALL CAPS (there's no need to yell)
3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links
5) Watch your language (keep it G-rated; PG at worst - and that includes $#&*)

hey think about it – if you are an elephant and get a bee up your nose (ie your trunk) i would think that would be quite painful if it stings. so it is probably good logic on their part.

Anderson, Nashville cannot thank you enough for finally taking note of all the damage this flood has caused. You have no idea how much it means to us that the word will hopefully get out even past your tweets. We worked all day in River Plantation subdivision over in Bellevue here in Nashville, and the damage is atrocious. We spent the day gutting out the entire insides of homes with damage from 5 feet of water damage. Any help for these people would be appreciated!!!

Maher is mostly right, too-there are lots of threats when Islam is poked fun at, but then there are lots of Christian extremists who bully their way through too...

@Starr Thanks. I suppose in the High Desert there can be flooding. I've seen video of flooding in the SW before though, and flooding can happen near rivers and tributaries and even as a result of ponding. I'm not all that knowledgeable about flood insurance but I believe it is recommended for anyone living in low lying areas relative to nearby waterways and bodies of water. I'm surprised to be reading comments that insurance is not being sold to those outside of a flood plain.

    Good night everyone.

never liked facebook much – set up a test account to see what all the fuss was about – now that they are messing with privacy settings 'for the users' i like it even less. business if i must, but not a huge fan of the site.

Ha! JoAnn, that's funny! You're right-NYC parking space takes more than one guy!

Yes, I agree with Bill Maher. Yes, Islam as a religion differs majorly from Christianity. That said, even those practicing Christianity do not realize how our practices can grate on other people's beliefs. U.S. as a country has increasing many more religions and beliefs than good old Christianity. e.g., To plant a huge cross in the midst of mojave desert burial ground – well, that is associating war deaths with a certain religion. Not the best message we can send.

@ Nancy and Starr I am also very thankful for the animal stories on AC360 love the show for that...

Thank you so much for bringing some much needed national attention to this horrible disaster. I watched a local news report that showed a building floating down I-24, and it was less than a 1/4 mile from where I used to live. The damages and destruction in Nashville is sickening. Thankfully, people from all over are becoming aware through other avenues such as facebook, as the major networks seem to have looked the other way. Nashville will rebuild, but we need drinking water, non-perishable food, clothing, etc. Please contact the Nashville Red Cross for information on how you can help!

Thanks Anderson for bring notice to our city. As a student at Trevecca Nazarene University, and someone who is helping the Flood Relief thank you...people don't understand the situation until they see it first hand and help with the clean up. We need the help and support of our nation so thank you for helping take the step!!

The gas lines of the mid 70s served as the big alarm about oil dependency and our general usage. Obviously, we didn't get it. More importantly, our "leaders" ignored the signs. In Washington, it seems it's been something 'we'll do tomorrow' for 25 years.

Very sad the loss in TN, saw the picture Kenny Chesney tweeted, thanks for shining the light on this. We must help our own the way we help other countries.

I agree with Bill Maher that there is a significant greater tendency toward violence in Islam towards all that does not abide by Sharia law. I think yesterday's AC was a politically correct and purposefully timed segment showing that, yes, sometimes crazy Jihadists don't fit the Arab stereotype. But the fact remains that usually they do.

    @Cessy – Chicago, "I still don't buy that F. Shazad acted alone."

Thanks for actually putting interest on Nashville! Remeber its not just Nashville hurting. My family live in West TN. Specifically Henderson County and our lake in the middle of town went over the levee. We were without water for a few days bc of pipe line bust. Everybody is getting through it tho!!!
