Sound Off: Your Comments 4/30/10

Editor's Note: After Friday night's AC360°, we heard from many of you about Arizona's Immigration law and the oil spill in the Gulf. What do you think?

Please stop calling illegal aliens "immigrants." They are NOT immigrants! Crossing the border does not make you an automatic legal immigrant. Our immigration system is NOT broken! These people just refuse to use the system! Enough is enough! And I say this as a Native American Indian.

I favor a more compassionate and tolerant environment than the Republicans of Arizona. With a positive attitude, we could find a way to make illegal immigrants citizens and tax them as citizens. These people are looking for work. We're all here as illegal immigrants, except for the American Indians. This isn't the first signs of racism in Arizona. Territory of Arizona was a territory claimed by the Confederate States of America during the American Civil War, between 1861 and 1865. We'll always be fighting ignorance and negativity in sentient beings.

There is a potential of 2.5 Billion gallons of heavy crude oil in the Oil reservoir that is ruptured in that deep sea ruptured well head. That is thousands of times larger than the total Exxon Valdez spill.

This ecological disaster in the once beautiful Gulf of Mexico could directly lead to the loss of 1 Million American jobs during these difficult economic times. And a huge Dead Zone in the Gulf of Mexico for decades to come, a very sad outcome and distinct possibility.

I don't care who's to blame! What i want to know is can they stop it, and what if they can't? That's what we need to focus on!
