Tonight on 360°, the firestorm that Arizona's new immigration law sparked. Lawmakers in at least five other states are now pushing for similar legislation, giving police the power to stop anyone they suspect of being in the country illegally. Critics saying they'll boycott Arizona. Plus, breaking news on the massive oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico and more.

Without religion, where does Russian society derive it's moral code? From Communism? It's no surprise that the Russian state agencies misrepresent.

Dr.Gupta, you are helping Haiti in what you are doing right here sitting in that seat. So try not to feel guilty!

(I can't imagine the distress of totally changing cultures and languages at the same time as undergoing adoption by a new family as well.)
I feel sorry for those Gulf States that will now have a huge Ocean dead zone with no fish, shrimp, oysters, shellfish, mammals nor birds that once lived there.
"Buyer beware" doesn't apply here, its a human life, not an object. Yes, ppl shud do research, but the adoption agencies must do their part too. Parents def shud double check everything the agency tells them tho. At least roman got a family that loves and cares for him, not inhumane monsters returning him to sender
My hat is off to the Governor of Arizona. I wish more states, including my own, would follow suit and enforce the laws that are already in place. The money our nation would save by no longer funding the needs of the illegal immigrants, could go a long way in lowering our ever rising deficit. Go Arizona
I don't understand, Nicole....are you saying that there are not available families to adopt in Russia itself? or is there no interest in adoption there?
@Kim – i hope you are wrong about Haiti.
I pray that this earthquake and resultant publicity will finally bring the help and political direction that this country has needed for years!
@Nancy, russia is not an "western" nation, they've got some big big problems.. Foetal alcohol syndrome is very bad, very good what that these parents are doing!
@Starr I don't know anyone who's all that purist.
Heartbreaking to think of the oil rig workers who have not been found.
The work on the oil slick as Chad Meyer describes it is thorough. They're coming at it from every angle they can. The accumulated experience of many oil spills.
The family, I agree with them, That is misleading agency is lied us..... that is so sad for them. My heart goes to them.
The agencies should be up front about the problems of these children...it isn't just up to the adopting parents to figure out the cultural problems.
