Editor's Note: After Friday night's AC360°, we heard from many of you about Arizona's immigration bill.  Opinions were generally mixed. What do you think?

Watching now. The AZ immigration bill says police have to have "lawful contact" prior to asking for id. This contact can include witnesses and victims of crime. I work with victims of sexual assault and to date, police have not made issue of immigration status...I hate to think the effect this will have on these victims.

The Anderson Cooper interview with Rep. Ash of Arizona brought back some of my faith that good journalism is not dead. Cooper showed his ability to think quickly on his feet, ask probing questions and reveals the many holes and inconsistencies in the argument put forth by Ash. Thank you, Mr. Cooper.

Please have your producers select and interview candidate who can represent the liberal side effectively. If I were to vote today to support the Arizona immigration bill I would have to vote Republican. The Arizona legislator was good – what happened to the other side?

I thank Gov. Brewer for enforcing the law regarding illegal immigrations. Every state should follow her lead. Illegal immigration is a crime and should be treated as such. Why should we over look this crime? Why should we not hold them accountable, when legal Americans have to abide by the law?

I AM FROM ARIZONA AND PROUD OF OUR GOVERNOR SIGNING THE BILL TODAY PROTECTING THE CITIZENS OF THE STATE. When over 70% of the state was in favor of this bill passing should tell other people how serious the illegal alien problem is. we are not for racial profiling but weeding out those people who have no regard or respect for the laws of our country whether they be white, black, brown, purple or green. if you don't live here you have no idea what law abiding citizens have been dealing with for years and are tired of the federal government failing to do their job of protecting us from criminals from murders, drug gangs, to others putting this state in financial crisis.
I very much appreciate the professionalism and subject matter of your show. I believe your stories are very important to the nation and I consider your approach as the way news programs should conduct themselves. Please keep up the good work. So many news programs leave me upset not just by the stories they cover but also how they conduct themselves. Thank you Mr. Cooper and please continue. What you are doing is very important to the whole country.
