Editor's Note: After last night's AC360°, viewers wrote in to comment on the Icelandic volcano. Many of you would like Anderson to report more on how those stranded are holding up. We also received questions about how volcanoes happen and what effect they have on global temperatures. What do you have to say? Let us know, we want to hear from you.
The state of the travelers stuck all over the world due to the ash clouds is very pitiable. The travelers are running out of money and are away from home in foreign lands. It is a natural disaster so why are businesses and airlines ripping them off. CNN needs to urgently spread the word that Red Cross and other charitable orgs. need to pitch in and help these stranded people. They are helping in Haiti and Chile etc. so why not help these people who are at the mercy of the airlines.

ICELAND VOLCANO SAVES PLANET. Please discuss how the volcano in Iceland will influence global warming, i.e.,, the sulfur dioxide will reduce the level of CO2\ So while this is effecting air travel it is having a positive effect on global temperatures.

How about a geologist explaining what is going on under the volcano? We understand earthquakes, volcanoes explode from a heat vent, but how can it grow worse? What feeds the plum underneath besides our heat core? Sorely confused –

Hi. I love your show but PLEASE-PLEASE slow down the speed when you talk.
