Tonight on 360°, keeping them honest. On tax day, the Tea Party Express turns up its volume. They say taxes are too high and government too expensive. Are they right? We'll give you the facts and let you decide. Plus, the big 360° interview. Jack Kevorkian talking about life and death.
Scroll down to join the live chat during the program. It's your chance to share your thoughts on tonight's headlines. Keep in mind, you have a better chance of having your comment get past our moderators if you follow our rules.
Here are some of them:
1) Keep it short (we don't have time to read a "book")
2) Don't write in ALL CAPS (there's no need to yell)
3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links
5) Watch your language (keep it G-rated; PG at worst - and that includes $#&*)
Anderson Cooper goes beyond the headlines to tell stories from many points of view, so you can make up your own mind about the news. Tune in weeknights at 8 and 10 ET on CNN.

@ Sheila-I consider myself to be a Christian and a pretty devout one. But I still realize that God has given us science and medicine to help us and that we are his instruments of peace, grace and kindness in this world.
It is this understanding that would make me opt on the side of kindness for those who are in terrible pain and going to die anyway.
As for suffering, I have never found a one-size-fits-all explanation for it in the Bible. But I have read dozens of verses that tell us to walk a mile in our neighbor's shoes.
@ Mark Pescoe : For the most part there is less discontnet with taxes in those eurpoean countries because they get much better public services. eg I worked in Sweden for some time where they had very high taxe rate but superb healthcare and coped with extreme winter weather very smoothly. It is not about tax levels, it is about what tax payers get for their money.
Lewis Black is hilarious!
No, I am not overtaxed. Taxes are lower than ever this year; in my opinion the Tea Party is much to do about nothing. President Obama is attempting everything in his power to bring this country back from the inherited financial abyss. All this opposing talk about taxes, healthcare, financial reform, the founding fathers and the constitution are just smokescreens to hide the true agenda of those people who would not have voted for Obama in the first place. It's time to stop looking in the past for solutions to today's complex problems.
You can begin to understand how volcanic ash could have been the cause of the demise of the dinosaurs.
@David, Indiana,
did you see that "fire ball" last night?
No, they can't, Connie. People at that stage are not in a position to 'just commit suicide'.
How do we know that those who sought out Kevorkian were mentally stable?
It's not only a question of religion influencing law. Assisted suicide is irreversible. And there are numerous ways now of treating patients who are terminally ill. That diagnosis also is not always definitive.
@ JoAnn-Dr. K was only helping those who were terminally ill. He did not take anyone who was healthy but wanted to end it all due to depression.
They cannot 'save' all lives though, hanad. Doctors deal with many people they cannot 'save'...that isn't even the option. They deal with people in various stages and situations....not all just need bandages and will then live happily ever after forever.
@Karoline,
re. "physician assisted assisted suicide"
I think it depends on the person who ends up sick (what were Their wishes; many people have a living will nowadays, and also who is the physician).
@Karoline My father suffered so bad with Cancer. I saw him as a child suffer. My mother saw her son suffer Cancer as well as her husband but we have religion that explains suffering.
i really enjoyed tonight's show..well done Anderson.
Good night everyone..your comments made for an interesting read 🙂
I think that people who have experience with suicide in their family might see what Kevorkian does differently than those who have not.
Lewis Black-he's funny. But he's right. Once people get wealthy they can afford the help to help them avoid paying a lot of taxes. Wealthy corporations are experts at that.
