Sean Penn looks so tired and him and his organization do a remarkable job. My husband is deployed with Army South and this is what he has to say after I e-mailed him about your coverage:

" .......The Government of Haiti is the biggest obsticle. It took them several weeks to decide to get the land to move these people to! The weather people tell us it will rain hard some time next week.
:Sean Penn is one of the only Hollywod celebrities doing anything. He is living here and working the slow systems here trying to help these people. He wisely uses his celebrity status to try to help the people in his camp, one of the bigger ones. If you listen closely to what he says, he does not say a crooked word about the military. His frustration (and ours) is that the big, international organizations and the Government of Haiti(GoH), are not moving with a sence of urgency. We are waiting to move the most at risk people, but the sites are not yet ready because it took the GoH weeks to secure the land and give us permission to perpare it for the population. The engineers have been hard at work now building roads for the camps and installing sanitation facilities and drainage. The movement of people should start next week. The UN, the main force at work here, is a big beurocracy. It takes time to clear rubble and build new, better buildings. The good news is that it never gets cold here. As the president of Haiti says, it will take 1000 dumptrucks 1000 days to get all of the rubble out of the city. It will take years to rebuild this country. Family size tents are a reasonable start to provide shelter. "
    Thank you,

I think that people in charge of the money received for the devastation in Haiti, should start using it effectively.
They can start by building relocating houses not in blocks but with woods, metals or steels. The rain will be very bad for the country and more people will get sick due to the infection.
