Another reason showing the importance of health and physical education in schools. As someone who was an obese child, I can say as much as I hated P.E. class I thank God for it because I learned how to live a health life. I was able to keep the weight off for over 5yrs. I regained weight later due to personal issues that should not have been dealt with with overeating because that just lead to more issues. Now I'm getting healthy again, but the bottom line is that physical education and complete health education needs to be put back into schools!
