Who are the women in these photos?

On 360° this week we've been showing pictures of women taken from Rodney Alcala, the serial killer who was a contestant on The Dating Game.

Authorities released more than a hundred photographs belonging to Alcala, images of unidentified women and children who apparently posed for him. Police fear some of the people in these pictures may have been victims of the serial killer.
