Here are some of them:

1) Keep it short (we don't have time to read a "book")
2) Don't write in ALL CAPS (there's no need to yell)
3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links
5) Watch your language (keep it G-rated; PG at worst - and that includes $#&*)

The good news there is that there is a greater government interest in controlling the situation because the World Cup 2014 and Olympic Games 2016. here we are already experiencing improvements

a close friend of mine had been to a ceremony of a similar nature to one run by James Arthur Ray - the person hosting it asked all of the participants to "give him their energy" (spirit of sharing, participation, trust) and she is absolutely certain that when she left, she felt drained as though a part of her was "missing". that may sound psychologically "odd", but think about the phrase "sucking the life out of someone"... think about it.... is this what James Arthur Ray did??

My boyfriend is a chef to stars in Los Angeles, he has had multiple clients who had either been on pills at the time or had recently gotten off them, all recreationally. It is unfortunate and inappropriate.

@ charlie--the drug companies bombard us with ads for pills. Is it any wonder young adults try them? They have been told that they are the magic answer to all life's problems.

It should be controlled via the pharmacy.... the pharmacy should be able to track prescription abuse and send an alert to someone.
