The dealth penalty is a coward way out for a serial killer. He should live in a 7 x 7 cell to the end of his life, only allowed out of his cell for one hour a day. life without parole is punishment, not death. All you have to do is ask for forgiveness and you shall spend eternity in heaven, right? Shouldn't he be punished on earth.

    March 16, 2010 at 10:56 pm |
  23. David, Indiana

@Starr, Well it is as David Gergen has noted landmark social legislation, so I do feel Health Care Reform needs to solidly pass in congress.

@Isabel, I agree I love seeing the Beat 360 captions too.

    March 16, 2010 at 10:56 pm |
  24. A. Smith, Oregon

Wow, if that person was driving a Toyota he'd be blaming the car for him driving into a rock pile! Only in America!

  25. Betty -----Iowa

Sooooooo glad to hear that Tiger is coming back. I missed him.

    March 16, 2010 at 10:56 pm |
  26. Mike, formerly from Syracuse

How could you miss that rock slide?

    March 16, 2010 at 10:56 pm |
  27. Kim- Ohio

I guess the drug companies will probably raise the prices on other perscriptions to pass along the cost of the perscrpitions that were stolen from the warehouse.

    March 16, 2010 at 10:55 pm |
  28. Gloria, Brooklyn, NY

Was he not a photographer? He probably told the women he will make them a star!

    March 16, 2010 at 10:55 pm |
  29. Lori

    He did not see it?!

    March 16, 2010 at 10:55 pm |
  30. Jo Ann, North Royalton, Ohio

@Mike, formerly from Syracuse, "This guy needs some enhanced interrogation."

Unfortunately, "enhanced interrogation" is against the law now. The worst you can do is ask "pretty please."

    March 16, 2010 at 10:55 pm |
  31. Arine Ward

Oh Goodness MJ Fans will blow the sales out of the water....and Good Ol "ED" lolol

    March 16, 2010 at 10:55 pm |
  32. Emily

@Jo Ann, IMO, sex and love are two entirely different things. Love is emotional and sex is purely physical

I don't think that it's love that they are feeling...I think it's something else, a personal problem that they are not willing to discuss?

    @Sophia Garcia,
"The catholic church will never allow the pope to take the blame for any wrongdoing"
    ....Never indeed!

    March 16, 2010 at 10:55 pm |

Drug heist sounds like an inside job.

The Dating Game guy who murdered all those women sure look alot like another California killer who stalked women, broke into their homes for years. Richard Ramirez, the Night Stalker.

They sure look like brothers.....cousins maybe?

    March 16, 2010 at 10:53 pm |
  35. starr, formerly known as vincent

@Claus....there's a senario i didn't think about, and i come from an Navy family!!

The Navy SEALS are among the BEST!! Good point.

  36. Jo Ann, North Royalton, Ohio

They need to cut the amount of appeals for death penalty cases.

    March 16, 2010 at 10:52 pm |
  37. Mike, formerly from Syracuse

If a bunch of the women in the photos are missing, there's no way there are 'innocent' photos. This guy needs some enhanced interrogation.

    March 16, 2010 at 10:51 pm |
  38. A. Smith, Oregon

@ Mike, there is so much smoke around Pope Ratz and the Pope's own brother, it is utterly ridiculous to even state Pope Ratz didn't know. He alone is ordering clergy accused of pedophilia to be moved to other parishes. He appears to be entirely concerned with protecting the vast sum of Vatican money which includes much of the billions in Nazi Gold which to this day the Pope has not been returned to the Jewish and Gypsy familys the German Nazi's stole that gold from.

  39. Sharon Hastings

I'm with Lisa Bloom. Families would want to know. They have a right to know and to be a part of that if possible. All this talk of deviant sexual behavior. It's really sad and depressing.

    March 16, 2010 at 10:51 pm |
  40. Jo Ann, North Royalton, Ohio

@Heather – Spokane, WA, "I dont think the priests need to admit they are addicted to sex, its just they need to admit what they did."

I am just saying that they may try to use sex addiction as a convenient and "trendy" excuse for their disgusting behavior just like everybody else.

    March 16, 2010 at 10:50 pm |
  41. Lisa - Seattle

Stunning..."you're more likely to die of natural causes on death row in California than to actually be put to death." What's the point?

    March 16, 2010 at 10:50 pm |
  42. Susan, NJ

So important to remind young women not to fall for the "fake" photographer who wants to take their picture.

    March 16, 2010 at 10:49 pm |
  43. joanne treuel

Hi Anderson....love your show! I am so excited and happy for Tiger to return to his passion of golf. I will be cheering him on at the Masters!
Anderson keep up the great work on CNN...you are awesome.

I am so disgusted by the Catholic Church scandal. So sad that it is more wide spread than just the United States. I hope those preists are brought to justice and that their victims get the help and support that they need and deserve.

    @ David
before detainees could be held for 96 days before being released or turned over to the authorietes, now they can be help to up to 14 days

    March 16, 2010 at 10:49 pm |
  45. Arine Ward

Oh Wow!!! This story is far out!!! A dating game Serial Killer....this man was on a role...glad she got away before he could get her....and these innocent women at his murderous hands!

    March 16, 2010 at 10:48 pm |
  46. Susan, NJ

I think the death penalty is more important than ever. Especially considering how famous certain killers become and develop fan clubs.

    March 16, 2010 at 10:48 pm |
  47. Jo Ann, North Royalton, Ohio

@Sophia Garcia, "The catholic church will never allow the pope to take the blame for any wrongdoing because their dogma dictates that the pope is God's representative here on earth,. . . "

Chosen by a bunch of other fallible humans.

    March 16, 2010 at 10:47 pm |
  48. Mike, formerly from Syracuse

@Sophia, the Pope is viewed as infallible only when he is instructing in certain matters of faith. Not every word is taken as infallible. His word does not supersede the Bible.

    March 16, 2010 at 10:47 pm |
  49. A. Smith, Oregon

I suspect these female photos are predator trophy's of murdered women in this serial killers past.

    March 16, 2010 at 10:47 pm |
  50. Kim- Ohio

@La Sonya...I have to agree with you. Sex is a natural thing not only in humans, but with all species.
