Did you hear that Tiger Woods is returning to golf next month? He’ll be back at the Masters, where he’ll try to snag the green jacket for a fifth time. Tonight, we’ll bring you up to speed on his comeback, his breakdown and his recovery. Is sex addiction a disease or an excuse? And is pro golf addicted to tiger woods? What do experts think? What do you think? Weigh in on our live blog during the program tonight.
Also tonight, the back story and the possible fallout from the latest hardball maneuver in the health care battle. Democrats are now considering using a legislative tactic called “deem and pass” to push health care reform through the House. Both parties have used the maneuver in the past. But is it also a way for Democrats to avoid accountability for their vote? Republicans are crying foul. Do they have a point? Are Democrats and President Obama breaking promises? We’ll let you be the judge. We're keeping them honest.
In Crime & Punishment, the deepening sexual abuse scandal that has shaken the Catholic Church continues to be met with silence from Pope Benedict XVI. New allegations of sexual abuse by priests in Germany are raising new questions about what the pontiff knew during his years as a bishop – and what he was doing back then to protect children. Vatican officials are defending the pope, but the pressure keeps building. We’ll hear from John Allen, CNN's Senior Vatican analyst and the Correspondent for the National Catholic Reporter.
Plus, we’ll tell you about a new combat rule change that many U.S. troops believe will keep them safer and make them more effective in battle zones. Tonight you’ll meet a former Army captain who was charged with detainee abuse under the old rule. Sen. Lindsay Graham says the former captain’s case should be re-examined in light of the changes to the policy announced today by General Petraeus. We’ll explain what all of this means.
See you at 10 p.m. eastern!

If Pope Benedict is guilty he is guilty for not taking a stand while in Germany long ago. He most likely played by the rules lined out for him by the upper workings of the Church. Perhaps personal ambition et al prevented him from rescuing these young people from the arms of horrific pedophile priests. He did allow one priest to move to another parish to get treatment. Pope Benedict can redeem himself and thus the Catholic Church by discharging any and all pedophiles. I was never so innocent to believe that all Priests and Nuns were saintly. Nope, I smelled booze on their breath and got gut feelings...that everyone was not kopestetic. RM Vitacco
Tiger Woods' re-entry into golf is too premature, it will affect his on-going "recovery process". Admitting and surrendering are two different things. Tiger's obsession with sex points to an addiction, albeit publicly he has not admitted to being sexually addicted. What new coping skills has he learned in such a little time? How will he cope? Is he depressed? In my experience with treating addictions, isolation and feelings of being unique create ongoing denial and the need to minimize past behaviours. Tigers' celebrity status and his needs to control his environment, for secrecy or being "private" will prevent him from recovering with his peers. Golf will be his greatest distraction and perhaps his undoing. I hope and pray his Buddism beliefs will enlighten him and teach him that his sanity regarding sex could be restored, if he does the work needed. RM Vitacco CAC
Also I am a registered DEM and I think what Nancy Pelosi is trying to pull is spineless.
Good for him! Get on with your life TIGER. If what he did bothers anyone beside his immediate family. GET A LIFE!!!!
I'm glad to hear that Tiger is coming back! He's the best golfer around right now...and that's all I care about. If his wife is satisfied, then so should the general public. I enjoy his golf game...his personal life is just that ....personal.
Haters are just confused admires!.
If sex addiction treatment is the recommended solution for Tiger, would not gambling addiction treatment be the recommended solution for Wall Street?
What happened to the promise of transparency? It seems like people who voted for Obama don't care what he promised, just that he look good, be articulate, and be black.
UGH..Tiger Woods! I knew there would be no way that he could stay away from golf for too long no matter what. I am sure this Masters will be a huge fiasco with all of the news people there hounding his every step for any info on his affairs.
I'm not shocked at all that the Catholic Church is yet again hiding molestation of boys by their priest. It has become old hat by now unfortunately.

Sounds like a good show coming tonight. On the pope making a statement about the sex abuse scandal – years ago when the cases of pedophiles in the priesthood came out I don't recall the pope saying anything publicly about it and if he did when he said it. Someone might want to look that one up.
The passage of the health care bill is looking panicked at this point. If they can't pass it the way it should be passed then it shouldn't be "cheated" in. Obama promised a health bill that the public could see the process of it being formed and know what was in it and that it would be bipartisan. So far its none of those so yes promises have been broken. At this point I would rather see them start over than pass what they have.
