Tonight on 360°, President Obama pushing for last-minute support on health care reform, Rielle Hunter speaking out, and a Roman Catholic priest who still celebrates mass, even after his former archdiocese kicked him out of his former church.

Here are some of them:

1) Keep it short (we don't have time to read a "book")
2) Don't write in ALL CAPS (there's no need to yell)
3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links
5) Watch your language (keep it G-rated; PG at worst - and that includes $#&*)

No I think they will end up together...who would want a man who cheats and a woman who would cheat with a married man.

I feel so badly for the Edwards' children, all of them.

This is going to get uglier if Elizabeth Edwards comes out swinging.

    Hi Anderson, everyone,

Another cold-hearted woman looking for her 15-minute of fame and a book deal – why would anyone willing to put yourself out in public like that? – your private life should be just that- your private life. Get some decency lady...

Trust lost is seldom ever returned. Voters that contributed 20 dollars to Edwards campaign are now wondering if it went into the hush fund to Hunter. Parishioners that contributed to the Catholic Churches and The Vatican are now wondering if that money went into the hush fund to silence the courts and abused children.

@Mike, you always hit the nail on the head.

i find it unbelievable that the united states does not have universal health care. i am sure many republicans would like to see universal heath care, but being against President Obama seems to be more important than their sense of decency. although our universal heath care in Canada is not perfect, at least we have it, and do not have to worry about going broke if we are sick, or worse yet, being refused heathcare because we have a preexisting condition. My brother is an American, fought in the vietnam war, got shot, has only been able to barely provide for his family, he has healthcare, but his wife who has been sick for years cannot see a doctor because they cannot afford it. That is very sad, after he fought for his country, they cannot even provide his family with healthcare.

yes indeed Anderson... strong words from Ms Hunter when she's the other woman.. i dont think that she's in the place to give any comments about the wife and the Edwards relationship. she should juts stick to what concerns her, that is her child. what is her intention for giving GQ interview?

    March 15, 2010 at 9:25 pm |
  14. Jo Ann, North Royalton, Ohio

Why is this "interview" such a big story? John Edwards is history.

"Hard to believe that National Enquirer broke the Edwards story. Where was everyone else?" Usually I don't agree with you because i am a liberal, but you hit the nail on the head this time.

Anderson, I have the answer for you, "publicity."

I think that this affair business with John Edwards is terrible. The interview seems very trampy to me. That is not spirituality

Both concerns are vital. Recouping costs, and lowering the price to make the biological medications accessible.

@A. Smith, and those attacks would have been 100% justified.

I think Rielle Hunter is slightly delusional and that yes John Edwards is stringing her along. With all sincerity she needs help- Time to give up the fifteen minutes of "fame"

    March 15, 2010 at 9:23 pm |
  21. Monica M. Williams

Reielle Hunter does an interview professing true love with a married man. No remorse, no shame...........Where are your pants in that GQ photo?

The clock is ticking: I think we down to 13 minutes on her "fame." Let's hope the remainder of her time flies by.

    March 15, 2010 at 9:23 pm |

I find it hard to believe Rielle didn't know how "sexy" the pictures are!!

While a train wreck and tragic ending for the Edwards marriage, it could be also seen as a blessing for the Democratic party that John Edwards didn't become Vice President nor President during these very difficult troubling economic times. America would have to endure endless Republican attacks on his personal life while America sank into the economic abyss.

Hello. Here is what the public doesn't know about health insurance. Companies sign contracts with insurance companies to pay "special" amounts to providers via HMOs, PPOs and Pay for Services. One can have a bill of $10000 and insurance companies only pay MAYBE $1500 under that contact. It is called fee schedules. Every state has one except, I believe, Illinois where the doc is paid his/her total fee.. Why does John Doe have to pay the total $10000? Guess what John Doe is going to file bankruptcy and the tax payer is stuck with the bill because it is a write-off for providers. Also insurance rates may NOT go up unless a state's Dept of Insurance approves it. Now if the DOI says no, the insurance companies have a right not to insure in that state. They can not "cherry pick". If they do not insure with many states, guess what... Ins companies are out of business. The govt has the responsibility to insure.

Also, if a person pays COBRA or gets personal insurance one has to pay 7.5% of their salary BEFORE it is a deduction on individual taxes! WHAT? Every penny a person pays for insurance premiums and any bills outstanding they should be subject to a tax deduction for this money.

Why does the grand jury need a copy of the tape? I believe everyone knows they had an affair and a child. It really makes anyone who needs, wants, or asks for the tape look very bad.

The coverage on the healthcare bill as it relates to the Pharma industry was balanced and fair. The only point that was left out is that the money made off of Biologics and other prescription meds isn't only to recoup the money invested and for profit but it's also to RE-INVEST in future medical treatements which is where a lot of money is often spent, and lost, on products that never make it to market. Without money to reinvest there will be few (or no) future medicines to improve and advance our quality of life. As for the geneic drug companies, yes they provide cost savings for patients but make no mistake about it, they just lost out on 5 years of profits they would like to see. I know healthcare is personal but in this country it's also a business so let's Keep 'em All Honest, this is about money on both sides!

@Devin – Mr. Edwards was a candidate for vice president in 2004 and was running for president of the USA in 2008!

We, as a country, are very lucky that he did not get elected!

A question on biologics exclusivity - 12 or 7 years starting when? FDA approval, max term for patent extension after FDA approval (but never more than ?? from original patent grant)?. Given the time required for FDA approvals (often years after patents have expired), patent terms and filings for improvements patent this arguement might be a lot of hot air over nothing..

Andrew Young trashed himself by keeping the tape. Who knows how it really landed in his hands.

No matter what Hunter says, I think she is a gold digger and worse. Like other bimbos who trap these stupid men she was someone looking for her 15 minutes and got them.

Ms. Hunter would do well to keep her mouth shut (too late now).

My respect to Elizabeth who seems to have gotten really trashed throughout this entire embarrassment of a story.

We the United State didn't have a problem sending a billion dollars a week to Iraq when Bush was president. Now we have a problem passing a bill investing in our own people for healthcare. America should be or I should say Washington politions should be ashamed of them selves.
