Tonight on 360°, Pres. Obama's end game for health care reform. He's made some concessions and is calling on Congress to pass a bill now. We'll break it down of you. See what's in the bill and what it could mean for you and your family. Plus, we kick off a new series "Cost of Entry". Do rich candidates have a better chance of winning an election? See what Randi Kaye discovered.

Scroll down to join the live chat during the program. It's your chance to share your thoughts on tonight's headlines. Keep in mind, you have a better chance of having your comment get past our moderators if you follow our rules.

Here are some of them:

1) Keep it short (we don't have time to read a "book")
2) Don't write in ALL CAPS (there's no need to yell)
3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links
5) Watch your language (keep it G-rated; PG at worst - and that includes $#&*)

Enough with the white Lab coats already! Did you see Glenn Beck today? He had people with white lab coats behind him on TV today, does that make him right?

The facts are not being explalined very well. Obama did not go back on his pledge in 2007. The bill passed the Senate with a super majority and the house with a majority which is all it takes. The up and down vote is for "fixes" to the Senate bill in the house.

Thank goodness, the president does have a pair!

Good evening Anderson, Isabel, Emily, Starr, Megan, everyone.

Getting momentum behind the debate is good, and it's also encouraging that the results of voting on the legisation is not quite set along party lines. Maybe there's still some room for compromise.

Anderson, I'm disappointed in you. President Obama didn't go back on what he said in 2007, the bill DID pass the senate with 60 votes. A different version also was passed in the House. The House will pass the senate bill and the President will sign it into law. Reconciliation will be used in the senate to bring the two bills that have already passed into alignment. Health care reform has already passed the Senate. with 60 votes.

    @Jo Ann,

When I saw the white lab coats, I thought of the comment yesterday about "Political Theater" 🙂

@A. Smith-agree with you totally on an up and down vote, we need to move on.

@Emily – yes, i thought the white coats were an interesting touch too.

Amazing that 15 months into his presidency Obama is still not focused on the top problem, jobs, jobs, jobs.

Interesting to watch the healthcare circus as an American living abroad – currently in a country with universal healthcare. Is scary to think about heading back stateside & dealing with the insurance monster again.

I think John McCain should stop acting like a spoiled brat child and start thinking with his heart. Let it go Mr. McCain, you lost.

I have to agree with what David Gergen just said. It is not about the insurance companies as Obama and his cronies would have you believe it is about the cost.

If the Republicans want to continue as the party of NO, let them and record their votes for the fall elections. America needs to lower the expenses and eliminate fraud and corruption from its Health Care and MD's.

Do you really think that they will be successful?

I am hoping health care will be passed, but make it affordable for everyone and please put a public option on it

@JoAnn...I think the Pres will get flack both ways because if he doesn't get something passed alot of people will be upset over a year wasted on this bill and nothing passed.

I hope Bill Bennet is right...that Obama will get the bill.

We need to pass this and move on to employment.

Why is everyone pretending that the bill wasn't already passed by 60 votes in the senate. The bill was voted on in December. the reconciliation is simply a few changes that would enable to House to agree to it.

Good evening Anderson, Briana, Kira, Devna, 360Team, Megan, Starr, Gabriela, Dodie, Mike, David & Isabel, Jo Ann, Gloria, Casey, Adelaide A.Smith, & Bloggers!

The Lab Coats was an interesting look.

Bill is correct; it's not the #1 priority. I still don't understand WHY Obama took this on as his #1 issue. It was not during the campaign. I wonder if Hillary has something to do with it?!

AC..not fair to claim President will "ram" this through congress. Remember, Bill already passed in house with majority, and in Senate with Super Majority... to get final details resolved with simple majority is reasonable and consistent with the way the reconciiation rule has been used in the past, mostly by Republicans.

Hope this health care bill is actually a good bill and that those in Congress and the White House don't push it through just to fulfill a promise regardless of whether the bill will help or make things worse. Its hard to tell if its a good bill; is the GOP against it because of partisonship issues or real issues?

The white lab coats make it look staged like they are trying to put something over on people who are easily manipulated by what they see. I am not one of them.

I liked President Obama's closing arguments, everyone has been heard, all has been debated, its time to vote up or down on the bill.

Its amazing how many Republican Congressional and Senators have used and approved the use of reconciliation for their own laws and bills. Those same Republicans that are now calling it a gimmick, American's should call those Republicans Hypocrites! Its a Majority Vote and this is a democracy.

How good could the health care bill be if Obama has to resort to reconciliation to get it passed? If he does it this way the Dems will pay in November. I hope they are willing to pay the price.

President Obama's plan SHOULD include the Public Option which a majority of Democratic US Senators back and are asking for. Mr. President, listen to your own party's Senators! Give us a Public Option!
