Scroll down to join the live chat during the program. It's your chance to share your thoughts on tonight's headlines. Keep in mind, you have a better chance of having your comment get past our moderators if you follow our rules.
Here are some of them:
1) Keep it short (we don't have time to read a "book")
2) Don't write in ALL CAPS (there's no need to yell)
3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links
5) Watch your language (keep it G-rated; PG at worst - and that includes $#&*)
Anderson Cooper goes beyond the headlines to tell stories from many points of view, so you can make up your own mind about the news. Tune in weeknights at 8 and 10 ET on CNN.

@Starr, I was noting the two cases of high cost that Dr. Gupta began his rept on hospital costs with.
It is very good to hear about how Kimberly is doing after recovering from her surgery performed by Dr. Gupta. I think Sanjay's reporting and all the reporting from Haiti was outstanding and compassionate and has helped in a very difficult situation
Congratulations Jessica!

I wonder if the gas pedal throttle moves down every time a toyota accelerates mistakingly – can it be related to cruise control – electronics are tricky gremlins – huh – hope they find it soon – toyotas been real good cars for a long time

@Mike Hughes, I never said you can't find an intermittent fault. It's not easy in many cases. A systematic problem would be in EVERY car. An condition based fault will on;y appear when those conditions are met. Electronics can have faults that only appear on occasion, or when it overheats, etc.
I personally cannot understand why anyone would buy a Toyota after this. The American manufacturers have proven that the Quality gap is non existent and our companies deserve the support.
Good night everyone!!!
Good night Whale lovers .
@ Emily,
If you are looking for the people who have the control over the donation money . It's not the government because the NGOs or charities control most of the aid money. The government only receive one cent per dollar. That's why the country stay crippled because charities have more power than the government

Why is reconciliation more controversial than fillibusters?
Both are misuses of parlimentary procedure. Fortunately one misuse (Fillibuster) can be cancelled by the other, (reconciliation).
Excellent comments by the panel on bipartisan offenders!
I do think the president has tried to reach out and has been met with NO!
It's very shameful what Congress is doing to the country. Legislation is virtually at a stop on almost anything the Republicans don't want.
We, the People should be the primary concern, not politics and political games to see who can have more power!
Good Night Megan D, Emily, Dodie, Heather, Isabel and 360 Crew!!
I miss Anderson tonight, but it was a great show as usual!
Sleep well and see ya tomorrow!!!
Cant everyone in Washington just get along?
Why is Bi-partisanship seen as a requirement for government?
Most democracies work on 50% + 1 and then it is clear who is accountable. Accountability should come once every 4 years at the ballot box.

Then how could a professor from Indiana reproduce the defect after 2 hours work?

Mitch McConnell is old school and needs to go, permanently. He's incredibly insincere and self-serving.
