    What was his financial situation?

Is the uranium processed at that facility more concentrated than at other facilities in Iran? What has happened to the committment Iran made to work with the int'l community to acquired uranium for medical uses? Need to resume contact.

There's something of a silver lining there if Fareed Zakaria's pt about military dictatorships going by simple calculations is the central principle at work.

@Renee, " Isn't the Allatolla (sp) in charge? Armadedajen is in name only."

Yeah, but even Clinton said that the supreme leader was losing power and control.

"I don't think Stack was crazy, but he sounded desperate."

Desperation can be so much worse, as those around you clearly can not see it!

Although this a terrible tragedy to require some ineffective psychological screen or to further restrict airspace would lead us down the proverbial slippery slope Did we require psychological testing for drivers or not allow trucks into cities after the Oklahoma City bombing?

    Poppy,
I do agree with Secretary of State, I hope it will more peace than threat their people in Iran... I am afraid of that, will go bomb up.

America will never be safe from itself until its citizens learn to listen! Mr Stack was making a statement. you dont have to agree with his statement, but at the very least he should be listened to.
a man does not just wake up one morning and do this.
instead of doing what we always do and label him as a terrorist or crazy person, perhaps we should look into the system that drove an ordinarily "nice" man to take such drastic action just to be heard.

It would seem the military is calling the shots in Iran – or at least has gained a lot of polotical strength.

Poppy, Of course Iran has been lying all along. The only surprise is the the Administration seems surprised.

"The Obama Administration cancelled the European missile defense system. Looks like a HUGE mistake."

Everyone that I know of thinks that this is a HUGE mistake...that it's a step back... Pres. Bush was looking to end this, was he not?

I don't think it was terrorism ,I think plenty of Americans areangry with the IRS and would do it out anger, not terrorism.

The announcement by the IAEA is startling!! As Anderson said, they are usually conservative with their evaluations.

this is potentially terrifying, especially for Israel.

I am glad that Fareed is doing an evaluation of the situation. He always makes sense. And, i hope he is right.

@Debbie, Austin tX you are more than welcome...we are ALL Americans and we care for each other.

That weren't no Cessna that did that damage!!! They hold only
about one drum of fuel. The guy set his house on fire with family
inside, drives to airport, calmly fills tank and gets take off
clearance...makes bee line for 2nd floor? This don't jive.
First they said plane stolen, now it's his own...which is it?
This makes a big difference. He was licensed pilot?
If he owned his own aircraft, I would think taxes would be least
    of his worries.

Hi Poppy...glad to see you on here.

To answer your question....my thought is that this was an act of terrorism. His intent seems to me was to take lives of innocent people.

Earlier this week Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said Iran is moving towards a military dictatorship. Do you think Iran has been upfront with its nuclear intentions or do you agree with the IAEA report?

I remember when China threatened America not to attack Iran.I keep wondering is China behind this whole nuclear Iran situation.China is the 800 pound gorilla in the room.

Striking the massive Uranium Centrifuge sites alone would release Millions of pounds of radioactive Uranium Hexafloride gas into Iran and across the region. Do we want to take part in such a huge foobar on all the people in that region, including those in Iraq?

    @Poppy,

Great to see you on the blog tonight. Enjoy seeing you on AC360 – you are doing a great job.
This man was looking to bring terror to the IRS it seems....
I hope that there is not going to be any copy cats. If he put that rant of his on the net, looks like he might have been looking for followers.
I wonder if there will be any drugs (Rx or other) found in his system; I'm guessing that his body was located.

It doesn't matter how long it will take, what matters, they are taking it all the way- We are looking at Einstein's greatest fear; "I don't know what WWIII will be fought with, but WWIV; sticks and stones." Albert Einstein

At most one single weapon, which would certainly invite dozens of weapons being used against them from France, China, Germany the UK and of course the USA. This is all false info in the attempt to plunge America into war against Iran.

I think that with the pressures of the economy, people are succumbing to the stress. We have teachers shooting principals, professors shooting professors, and this. We need to come up with solutions to prevent these fatal backlashes.

I think that this man suicide should be a wake up call to all the airports with these small planes. If that small plane created that much damage the US has to beef up security at all airlines.Just like that young man called the barefoot robber,he stole small engine airplanes .Something has to be done.

    Hello Anderson and 360 crew,

It's sad to hear this happened to a man. My questions is why did did he take it out on the IRS. What problems and what was wrong with the IRS that this man decided to do this.

Don't be fooled again on this CIA supplied provocation. The CIA supplied the nuclear trigger blueprint to the Iranians with obvious errors to see if they were going to build it. Its all documented on a Israeli documentary by a Mossad agent that watched them do it!

I don't know if you at CNN in NYC and Atlanta realize this, but the pilot was a musician and this is the biggest Music weekend of the year the SXSW Festival in Austin, TX. The town is jammed full. He planned to do this the week of this festival to bring even more attention to his crazy suicide attack. This guy was one sick puppy.
