Live Blog from the Anchor Desk 02/15/10

Tonight on 360°, too fat to fly? We'll take a look at the controversy surrounding filmmaker Kevin Smith's incident on Southwest Airlines over the weekend. We'll also have the latest on the accused Alabama University shooter and her violent past, and the day's other headlines.

Scroll down to join the live chat during the program. It's your chance to share your thoughts on tonight's headlines. Keep in mind, you have a better chance of having your comment get past our moderators if you follow our rules.

Here are some of them:

1) Keep it short (we don't have time to read a "book")
2) Don't write in ALL CAPS (there's no need to yell)
3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links
5) Watch your language (keep it G-rated; PG at worst - and that includes $#&*)

Hey Anderson. Thanks for last weeks coverage in Haiti. i was thrilled with the update on Monley and Johnny. could you find out how the little girl who was freed from the rubble is doing? the girl who said that she wasn"t afraid when she was rescued.
its very sad that 4 kids died today because of a crumbled clg.
keep up the good work Anderson. AC360 everytime.

I think calling Southwest customer service oriented is a bit of a stretch...A little internet research brings up a wealth of customer complaints, some of which are outrageous and show extremely poor business practices. Just because they are low-cost doesn't mean they should get away with treating folks poorly.

OMG – the commentator defending the airline seems ignorant. Being fat is a lifestyle choice?!? I don't think so. It's about unhealthy eating?!? I don't think so. I probably have the most unhealthy diet of anyone I know. I'm not fat.

Things that, to some, don't seem to "life's ideals" are, to the rest of us, just "life". Not lifestyle choices!
