The reporter forgot to mention that in 1979 in Patterson, LA, the fans yelled in the Dome "Who Dat? Who Dat? Who Dat Say Dey Gonna Beat Dem Jacks? Who Dat?" when the Patterson High Lumberjacks played in the state championship. The people of Patterson came up with the version and cheered on a team with Dalton Hilliard on it. I was there with most of our small town to watch them win. When Dalton went to the Saints, the cheer followed him because the people of Patterson brought it in the Dome once more. Check that one out. Really. It was ours first as it relates to the Saints.
