This piece was so brave, timely, perfect! And my teenaged daughter watched over my shoulder. I couldn't have been prouder!

As I said to my co-workers today, I loved your show before, Anderson Cooper, but I love it even more now!! It's the one show I look forward to every day. Thank you for being so thoughtful and caring.

God Bless you. And Thank you so much!!! Keep up the awesome work.

Many contemporary celebrities such as rappers, hip-hop artist, etc. etc. are successful, prosperous, fruitful, always happy, spiritual and in a good mood like Mr. Osteen describes himself. Sometimes when they accept awards they even thank God.

I appreciate the times Joel takes to speak. I always get encouraged by his strength. I hope Joel has many people encouraging him for all the people he prays for and encourages.

Anderson, you're one of my favorites. Be encouraged.

Your questions to Reverend Osteen were anything but simple or stupid. They are profound. The sort of questions thinkers have pondered throughout the ages. The sort of questions you begin to reflect on quite a lot as you hit the 40 mark!

And I would say to Rev. Osteen, I totally understand his point about the inspiration of faith, even as mine totters: The little boy coming out of the ruble with his hands...hands mine could wrap around perhaps twice...raised in praise; 'Janette' being pulled out singing...hungry, but singing; the elderly lady coming out on the guerney lifting her voice in praise...no tears...praise! I can tell you, they inspired me.

Faith in whatever religion we choose gives us strength psychologically. We do nice things for people and that also improves us psychologically.

What’s unique about Christianity is that neither what we do nor our beliefs prepare our soul for the day of our death. It's what Christ specifically did on our behalf that matters.

People in Haiti who sing and pray to Jesus amid tragedy are psychologically strong. But it’s more than that. The people they knew who asked Jesus to lead them in their darkest hour are now doing just fine.

This interview with Joel was awesome! It was the best part of the show IMO. I loved the openness that Cooper showed during it also. It seems Haiti may have changed the man some....as it should have touched anyone there.
