What is the U.S. doing? Why are we dropping soldiers with guns from helicopters when we should be dropping food? Parachuting food from planes or helicopters is not rocket science. We did it in WW2. Whoever is leading this rescue or what ever you call it needs to step aside. Here is my plan:
    1) Drop Food / Medical Supplies All Over Island
    2) Set up Medical Tents
    3) Land Soldiers for Security

Here is U.S. Plan from my observation:
    1) Wait a while to see if we have all the supplies for the trip
    2) Set up a few Medical Tents and leave Sanjay Gupta alone to care for the rest of the dying people
    3) Allow Police to beat starving people who try to take food from stores to survive / Drop U.S. troops to provide "SECURITY".

See the problem? A little backwards. I think somebody read the rescue plan upside down. Will somebody please tell who ever is in charge to stop wasting time and save these people. Now. Today.
