Truthfully, we are just wasting our time, money and innocent American soldiers in Afghanistan. How long are we going to finish this war? How many troops are we ready to sacrifice to get the needed result. We better quit Afghanistan now and leave them to solve their own problems. Enough is enough. The war that has brought unemployment, less security, loss of lives into our golden country needs to be stopped immediately. Sooner we get out of it better for our country. Let's focus on our nation security not security of Afghanistan.

Polanski is just vile. The liberal elite in Hollywood who support him are just as bad.

I agree with many other bloggers, that Someone (or more) needs to be held accountable for the breach in White House security by letting that couple in.

I also agree with some, that the "couple" involved should face some kind of penalty too.

Black Friday got that name because it's when many businesses finally get into the black (make a profit) for the year. I wonder if that's true this year with the recession.

cops don't rule the world and if he was penalized for flipping off one, then justice was done if he got $50,000.

If people think that war is something generals do then perhaps one should remember history. Eisenhower said beware the military-industrial complex. Generals get reputations with war.

If "winning in Afghanistan is that important, have a draft, no exemptions, a war tax, a war footing and then see how popular the war is with Americans.

Everything else is hypocritical and political. Kids die for the machinations of politicians and generals. We have fought wars in Korea and Vietnam without learning anything.

That the security breach at the White House state dinner occured is both outrageous and indefensable. Those persons could easily have been terrorists or Presidential assassins. The mind boggles considering the probable effects of such a scenario. Coming on the heels of the murder of 13 persons by a Major in the U.S.Army on a military post, we all should wonder at the state of our national defense safeguards. Heads should roll and quickly.

Those little hamsters are so popular because they don't smell, they don't bite and they probably live longer than the real ones.

I like a good deal when I'm shopping, but there's no deal that I would camp out 24+ hours for! I'm planning to hit the stores mid to late morning Friday.

I think that the dinner party crashers actually performed a postive service to the Counrty. Good thing it was only them, now I'm sure security will be tightened up.
