Editor's Note: We heard from many of you about Sarah Palin and her book. Some of you felt that they want to know more about her now while others felt the coverage has been exhaustive. Some women wrote in to say that they disagree with the new recommendations for mammogram screenings. What do you think? Let us know.

With all the effort to smear Sarah Palin I am beginning to wonder if she has more influence on Americans than I thought. Interesting. Is the left afraid of her?

I am a breast cancer survivor of almost ten years. I found my lump back in 1999. Had I had a mammogram in my 40's, I would have been in a stage 1 and not stage 2. Estrogen related cancers aren’t hereditary, and therefore, woman should have mammograms starting at forty. I am cancer free

I believe that if men were the ones who needed the mammograms this wouldn't happen and hormones would be covered by health insurance, like a large percentage of Viagra prescriptions.
