The problem is Garrido was classified as low risk, all the problems cascade from that pt.

There IS unqiue techniques to massaging animals (a method called T-Tough for example) and I used to go with them to classes. My dogs also have a pet psychic.

Sex offenders simply should never be let back into society.
Another "government" program that failed? States used to have better control. What has changed?
If the police and parole officers were doing their jobs then we wouldnt have so many problems with sex offenders as we do now

California is in a financial crisis. They have cut back on staff to the point that this will be overlooked.

one can only hope that they no longer have their jobs, however, from what I hear there is an 'excuse'....the GPS was not working all the time, and they didn't know how to use it....etc, etc.

Yes I am. I have quite a few friends that are homosexuals and alot of them are better friends that my straight friends are. Why should it be ok for others to have rights and not them? We live in a free country, let them be free
What about all the people that phoned in tips?
If it shows that the tips were NOT followed up on, why can't you sue them?
