3) Use your real name (first name only is fine)
4) No links
5) Watch your language (keep it G-rated; PG at worst - and that includes $#&*)

I'm looking forward to your interview with Pres. Clinton. You always choose great questions.
@ Anderson
And more ... how former President Clinton would face the economic crisis
How much money are they suing for?
This story about the kids' bath pictures is terrible.
so these parents got this kind of treatment, over pictures, and yet there are naked babies everywhere on television advertising diapers and toilet tissue? huh.
context is always important, but i suppose the next argument would be taking model-baby moms and television advertisers to court??
Anderson
what is this world coming to.... We have parents who abuse their children physically and mentally; nothing happens to them. Here we have parents who simply take innocent pictures and their lives are ruined just because a clerk in Walmart became "a mandated reporter" without any training... This is ridiculous!!!! As a parent, I am offended. Hope this family wins!!! Do you how messed up our CPS system is nationwide? They need to take care of those children before they can take or jump innocent families...
I wonder what that cop's definition of explicit is? Maybe it is all in the minds of the authorities who labeled these photos "erotic," maybe they should be checked out. Although I am not comfortable seeing naked photos of children these look perfectly innocent to me.
This photograph incident is outrageous!
What parent has Not taken pictures of their children taking baths?
These poor parents. And for that matter, those poor children, they will probably Not ever recover from this incident.
How horrible! Yes, I realize that families have different standards for nudity, affection, etc., but this should have never happened. How insane! No doubt that some pervert might find them pornographic, but no normal person should see them that way. How dumb and tragic!
Hi Erica and Anderson!!!!
Ask President Clinton what he would have done or would do about health care?
But the parents were not touching their children in any sexual way when they took the photos, so why is it considered child pornography...?
Bath time porn? There are REAL pornographers, abusers, and creeps walking the streets. The real crime here is harassing an innocent family.
The Demaree family should sue these people for what they have done. It is very traumatic for these young children to be away from their parents. I hope those who are involved in doing this to the Demaree family should publicly apologize.
I have already published on iReport, a photo of my son taking a bubble bath and wishing a Happy New Year. I have for me that is something innocent and not pornographic.
This story is just crazy. What has our world come to? I'm sure if they were doing anything wrong, they sure would not have brought the pics to Walmart to develop! It is just sad and I don't know what else to say.
@ Anderson
I wonder if former President Clinton were president now... what he would do the same that President Obama and what he would do differently?
OMG can't believe what the parents and kids went thought poor kids!
Please ask Bill Clinton what he would be doing differently from Barack Obama if he were president right now. I think he'd offer valuable insight.
This is not right I think is good because they investigated but the police went to far to put them on child offender list
Dirty is the mind of the person that alerted the police!
What absurd story!
These bath time photos are not pornography. This was a massive overreaction by the authorities.
While it's important to be vigilant when it comes to protecting children, it's also important done in a manner that won't cause innocent people's lives to be ruined – what happened to the Demaree's is horrible.
Anderson, please ask Pres. Clinton for his analysis of how a good healthcare insurance reform would affect us economically.
Also, ask him how he thinks that Pres. Obama will be able to reduce our preseident deficit.
evening anderson.
So very sorry to hear "Big Russ" died. Say hello to Tim for us and let him know we miss him. Condolences to Luke and his mother, Maureen.
OMG....I better censor the picture of my daughter at 6 months old with a soap mohawk....YIKES!
I don't think they were doing anything wrong.
Only in America could a fuss be made about something as harmless as this. What a profound lack of tact and logic on the part of the employees. The parents deserve large compensation.
Anderson-Ask President Clinton if he will do Dancing with the Stars! 😛
I just hope the FBI keep up the good work.
Gady Mayen – Canada,
I agree with you, I can't understand why protective service took away from parents, it wasn't pornography bathtime........ I agree with parents can sue Wal-mart and the city....... My heart goes to them.
Hi Anderson
What parent has not taken pictures of their kids in the bathtub? I think pedophiles probably don't take film to Walmart to be developed.
Anderson, when Clinton has negotiations going between Yassir Arrafat and Israel they almost had a deal until Arrafat backed out. Would the same deal be possible today?
This case re the parents and their children is so sad & scary!!!
It can happen to Anyone!
They are innocent photos!! I remember those pic's as a kid, nothing pornographic about them.
I guess we are in a better safe than sorry era!
Really sad news about "Big Russ" ...RIP!!!
Hi Erica
I used to work in a photolab in Walmart. I think for the most part, we knew when something needed to be reported and when something was harmless. It's pretty much common sense.
So sorry to hear about "Big Russ." Tim's book was such a beautiful tribute to his father.
evening everyone... president clinton will be on the program tomorrow.. any suggestions what i should ask him?
I think that America should adopt a Federal set of laws to prosecute all terrorists to insure that they are quickly and harshly judged and sentenced. This would announce to the world that acts of terror in America will not be tolerated.....period!
anderson. it would be ignorant to think that bombings wouldn't happen in this country. as much as it goes on in the rest of the world, i wonder why it hasn't happened in the US more. i guess 9/11 was the opening act....
@Cessy, actually kind of a triple threat.
Anderson, good question, Did Prime Minister Netanyahu take the bait from Pres. Ahmadinejad?
This is a great discuss w David Gergen and Reza Aslan. Nuclear weapons prgrm and uranium enrichment definitely overlapping issues, David is spot on there, but Reza is right we do need Iran.
This story about the parents and the photos is unbelievable. I have scrap booked for each of my nieces and nephews 1st birthdays and always have a few pages called "splish splash I was takin' a bath" and included bathtime pics in each one. Thank goodness I have a digital camera or this probably could have been me. Who doesn't have pics of their kids in the tub? From what I saw the pics didn't look illegal to me.
If Natanyahu wants respect from the UN, he should respect UN resolutions about illegal occupation of Palestinian and Syrian land, and latest UN report about Israeli war crimes in Gaza.
He should not be allowed in the UN because he does not respect it.
I'd like to experience what its like to sit at the dinner table with David Gergen..It's gotta be fascinating!
Good evening all
@ David, Indiana
If we are to defeat modern terrorism we must be as vigilant and committed to liberal democracy as the terrorists are with fundamentalism. This means that we must find a way to promote our freedoms and to spread tolerance, taking, however, the steps necessary to truncate the favorable opportunities to terrorism.
Hi Erica
Hi Erica
Before Pres. Bush's hardline tactics, previous Presidents accomplished much through negotiations.
I think the American peoples memories regarding diplomacy is short.
War, threats, and attacks are Not the most productive tools to handle international problems.
I applaude Pres. Obama's attempts at diplomacy and do not doubt that he is capable of being quite strong if a situation requires a strong reaction.
