Once again the "Donald" is trying to make some kind of news for himself in allowing this terrorist to pitch a tent on his property. Mr. Trump can't stand not being the center of attention.

Why is Gadhafi allowed entrace to the US? Isn't he considered a terrorist?

I am appalled to think this man would be welcomed into the United States. I agree with the Rabbi concerning our men and women who are serving this country. They are serving in vain if we welcome known terrorists into this country.

Should he be welcome here? He should definitely be welcome at the UN. I'm glad he decided to speak for the first time. He IS the leader of his nation and has been for a long time. We need to have a dialogue with all leaders, even when they are not honorable or deceitful. Should Gadhafi pitch his tent? No. He should be in a hotel in NYC just like the other leaders.

I wouldn't want him pitching his tent next to my house. Goodness knows what he'll do and what deals he'll make. Just like i wouldn't want satanist or a serial killer living next to me.

The story gets more ineresting by the hour. I spoke with a developer in Riverdale this afternoon (just north of NYC in the Bronx), where a group originally claiming to be a Sri Lankan delegation tried to rent to multi-million dollar homes. They spoke of erecting a tent, but were very cagey on the details of who would be named in the lease, and who would be staying there.

Finally it came out that this had nothing to do with Sri Lanka, but it was, in fact, for a Libyan delegation. The developer told me when he heard it was Libya, he said, "No way."

Im sure Donald Trump does business with Kadafi, but is he aware of what this man does? And if he is aware, what is he thinking? It almost sounds like Trump is more interested in the bottom line.

It's a political thing our government wants Khadafi here so let's go after our government for letting him come to the UN meeting not him.

Good evening Anderson, Erica, Isabel, everyone. After the humanitarian release of convicted terrorist Mr. Megrahi, it's completely understandable that there would be such intense reaction to Gadhafi putting up his tent. Didn't he do this before in New Jersey, though, and where was that, and what was the response?

    Anderson,
    Hi!
The tent controversy is kind of funny from a distance, but, hopefully, Gadhafi's stay will be very brief.

Have those allowing this atrocity lost all sense of respect for those who died at the hands of terrorists this man still obviously supports?

I feel that all people can change. You never know if Gadhafi has changed or not. It's not like he's planning on staying in the US.
