Congressman Joe Wilson is in his home state of South Carolina delivering a response to his "You lie!" comment during President Obama's speech to Congress last week. Our political panel will focus on the politics of this speech and how it affects the current health care debate. And today, First Lady Michelle Obama spoke out in Washington on health care supporting President Obama's plan. She focused on insurance reform as a woman's issue, and gave her most outspoken remarks yet on health care. Erica Hill will be looking at the First Lady's involvement in this very contentious debate. What do you think of this hot button issue?

Tonight we are following the latest developments on the Yale murder. Five days ago, Annie Le’s body was discovered in the walls of a Yale medical lab and Randi Kaye is in New Haven looking at how police narrowed in on the main suspect in the case, Raymond Clark. She talks with the officers about how DNA evidence and surveillance video led them to Clark's arrest. Both Le and Clark worked in the lab, but authorities still have not released details on their relationship. Tom Foreman is digging deeper and will have more information tonight on violence in the workplace and how prevalent it is in our society. Has violence in the workplace ever affected you or someone you know?

What else are you following today? Let us know!

See you at 10 p.m. ET!
