The government has said 900 billion dollars a year could be cut from Medicaid and Medicare because of fraud. Why isn't this being done? Why wasn't this done years ago? Isn't the government interested in saving us money?
Tort reform would take care of this. Why isn't the government interested in helping cut costs? This could have been done years and years ago. The government could help, but why aren't they?
I cannot believe the family that sued her, That is awful, It would have been different if god forbid the baby would have died or the mother, but to invite her to dinner and then sue her is beyond belief. I'm glad she won the case and I hope people out there know and see that doctors like this are rare to find out there.....
