Health Care – Want it to be passed. Everyone will be taxed evenly. Low, Middle and Upper income people. Same tax for all. That how it should be.
Your tax is based on your income and your dependents you claim. The program is in place and I believe it's a good system.
Also no one should get taxed more for extra incentives like Bonus, Lottery Winnings. Again it should be based on income and dependents you have.
Job's are the key – more jobs in the united states more taxes to fund programs. We just can't increase taxes to pay for programs or keep our government running. That's why the US is almost owned by China.
Fix it !! Be a leader again. Proactive – plan – create Jobs. Get rid of oil but start doing it. Look ahead.
Thank goodness that Chris Brown has the support of his mother. He made a mistake and has received a substantial punishment. Allow him an opportunity to learn himself and to learn more about the triggers, after which he will be in a better position to help other’s and bring about a level of awareness for the rise in domestic violence amongst teens and young adults. He has every right to pursue his career and earn a living. His happens to be entertainment…that’s ok.
I can't Believed that we focus on Chris Brown poor behavior than looking into this country. I have the Facts concerning Education and some other insights. Concerning this world.
If Kids or Children do not learn you will see more of poor Behavior like Chris Brown!!!!

Education Decline because of School tax levy's. example my son Tim leaves later than his sister so now they drive separate. He has Late Arrival due to lack of classes to learn because schools are claiming no lack of funds. Schools levy's increase house payments which in this stage of the economy most will fail. However all states should be on notice to correct this Education Problem. Forced to learn is not going to help this country at no means.
I'm getting disappointed what the United States is doing for this great land of the free.
I would have to say yes DV is on the rise and not due DV related problems. It is a problem with the justice system in the country. My story is just one of many for the men and women coming back from war. Pretty easy to explain, leave for war for long periods of time, wife, girlfriend, boyfriend etc... starts a new life with someone else over the long period of time. Come home and find that you have been replaced. Easiest way to get rid of you is to call the police and make up a story. In my case, came home found my stuff packed and was told the whole story of the unfaithful wife. I was asked to leave and did, homeless, no where to go and was picked up sleeping at the local park by the police. In court, me being in Iraq, have PTSD was used against me and I couldn't prove that I wasn't at the house beating my wife because I was at the park by myself.
I later found out at my 36 week DV class that this was very common and the easiest way to get your ex out of the picture. DV is a tool 90% of the time to make up stories of something that didn't happen. The real DV cases don't get reported. I see it as a revenue enterprise for the state and the one convicted, its a life sentence. Doesn't sound fair to me. I just see this DV law as pretty much useless, it doesn't protect the ones that need it, it is just being used by the Jodie's (military term) of this country as a scape goat.

I need contacts for attorneys whom would help me file for divorce. I have been battered by wife for 25 years out of 27 year marriage. Currently over weekend she was taken to Jail and charged with aggg assaltt with a Deadly weapon (Hammer) and I was given a Emergency Protection order to keep her away from home for 61 days. I am a 54 y/o Male a 100% Disabled Veteran. I live in Tarrant

Health Care Ok i think we need to fix. HOWEVER – WHAT Happen to Education for our Kids. The President stated that all kids need education to Succeed to Keep this country Strong and to meet the Future Challenges etc.
The stimulus package towards Education for all states in the US. Well in all due respect Tax Levy's are creating High school students are only getting basic education.
This is what's happening in Parma, Ohio...
My daughter is now final year of high school. Since the tax Levy did not pass. This is what her schedule is Like. She is a Honor Student.
She goes to high school 1st Period Biotechnology, AP English, Then she Leaves to Drive to TRC – College To take 1 Class of Post Secondary Enrollment Classes, Then Drives back to her high school arrives during 6th Period AP History, finishes with 7th period Math Trig/Coll ALG. Then gets early Dismissal leaves at 1:53 -vs- 2:45. If the Tax Levy Passed or The Goverment money was used correctly She would of took all her course's at Her HIgh School And only have driven to school then home. She would have taken AP Economics and Chemistry and she would have been able tol take more College courses.
This causes her to be forced to burn extra gas which doesn't anything positive about going green and reducing oil, gas. However other kids don't have cars, this makes it hard to learn. Also no sports and only each student could only take 5 credit. The rest of the day is filled with Study halls. My son time has 1st period study hall and late arrival.
This all should of been handled with the Staff of Obama – Concerning Tax Levy's State Wide across the US. Please Keep in mind that all Tax Levy's Increase Mortgage Payments and That is direct hit with foreclosures because we know people are hurting.
The Money the states reviewed should of covered School Tax Levy's for 8years. then funded without increase to home owners.
Washington Needs to be looking at a total restructure. Also follow-up on all money given to any state or programs.

There appears to be little recourse available to victims of DV except battered women's shelters and restraining orders against the abuser. That's not enough. A restraining order will not protect the DV victim from an abuser who wants to kill or maim regardless of the cost. The DV victim is forced to uproot her life, is a sitting duck if the abuser finds her, lives in constant fear, and the abuser pays no price for the emotional and physical abuse until it goes too far. I think a lot more effort has to be put into finding ways to turn the tables and make the abuser pay the price from day 1, not the victim.
I'm sure you have heard this many times...the laws are too easy for the abuser to get past. The victims are not safe in any environment accept behind bars. My oh my – isn't that where the abusers should be? No law, paper work, or hideout will work unless our politicians set strict laws and law enforcement enforces those laws. I have been the victim of domestic violence and know that one of the biggest problems is the laws seem to protect the abuser more than the victim. The "powers that be" are more worried about being sued by the abuser than they are making sure the victims are protected. Make the laws tough on the abusers. Make a nation wide database listing all abusers convicted, similar to the database listing child molesters. Once a domestic abuser, always a domestic abuser. If they have been convicted take their rights away from them. The victims more often than not lose their right to live. What's wrong with this picture?

It is incredible that the only reason he is doing his apology is not to lose his carreer. He doesn't seem to really regret what he did.
First thing that needs to change is his attitude and begin to face the reality and seriousness of his action.

Hello, My question is this, Why if you did knock out some windows on a car or shove someone, would you think that in no way was that being aggressive or abusive to someone. My father was abusive in fact on the night he died, he was still being his abusive self. I wonder why he and his lawyer would just try to brush them off as unneccesary to even talk about. And this I don't remember thing really bothers me because you have to be in a real rage, to the point where you block it out, you have to have been pretty darn angry to get to that point. It does not just happen at the spur of the moment. I know.
Why are people acting like they have never done anything wrong in their lives? It doesnt matter when or what people deserve forgiveness and Chris deserves a second chance to redeem himself. I think people need to let him get the help he needs.
Domestic Violence has emerged when courts habitually side with one gender over another. This outcome is whispered by the attorneys and winked at by the courts, leaving fathers to face false allegations invented in order to make children and visitation barganing chips. If this is the end result, I am surprised divorce and child custody aren't the catalyst for more muders.
I am divorced from a man who was abusive during our marriage twenty years ago
From time to time, when the topic of abuse comes up in casual conversation, I detect an attitude from other women that women in these types of relationships deserve to be abused or that somehow the abuse is justified.
Am I correct when I suspect that this attitude is becoming more common in our culture? If so, it's really a shame that time's haven't changed much in the twenty years since I had to go through this hellish experience.
It seems to me that men's "fights of fantasy" such as "i don't remember hitting her" are forms of denial of an underlying rage. Why is it so many men are so angry about women - and choose women who will allow it?
Nicole Simpson had another man in OJ's car and home. I don't condone what occured, but she should have never cheated with someone else in OJ's home or car. Think how she would like it if OJ had another girl in her home or car. She would not have liked that.
I called the police for 3 women who were beaten by there husbands and all 3 were back with there husbands the next week.
I also had my exwife file 3 separate Domestic Violence charges on me and I didn't even live at the house, all were denied and she was declared a vexacious litigator.
I think I'll never call the cops again for a woman.
I don't think that domestic violence is on the rise at all we just have more media outlets fishing for stories so it seems like it's on the rise.
Chris Brown should go to jail to get a taste of his own violence. What would he do or how would he feel if someone were beating on his mother or if he had a daughter, someone was beating her up?

Why do women get away with domestic violence? Is the violence that they do any less violence than mens"? Or is a gender-bias built into the system for a more legitimate reason I am unaware of?
yea he is, it's sad and so obvious that he's more interested in saving face (and millions with his fame) then he is on gettin HELP! it's no wonder he snapped if he came from an abusive family.. I did too so i get it.. he's following what he saw growing up.. but it's time to pay up.. what ever the cost.
I would like to know what Denise and her family think they could've done different before Nicole was killed. I say this because the family always knows, or has a sense when abuse is going on.

Has anyone looked for birth/hospital records for the two daughters of Jaycee? How/where/when were these girls delivered? There must be some way to track more info. Also, I hope you are able to locate more on what Jaycee has been doing all these years. How did she know how to parent? Did the older woman take over?
No, I don't believe rates are any higher than they've always been. Women are just reporting more incidents to the police. Unfortunately, most think that will protect them. In real life, it does not, especially when the man has money, power and influence. I know this from personal experience.
Do know one thing;
Women kill their mates to get rid of them / Men kill their mates to KEEP them.
Women often use household knives in a fit of passion, they are usually trying to protect themselves and their children. Men are far more calculated and determined, often planning their attack for weeks or even months before striking. In almost all cases, emotional abuse preceeds physical abuse. Why? Because the man knows he can get away with it and take the abuse to a new level. Crazy...
Do you think that obesity in America is really caused from psychosomatic problems? Most people overeat and develop an unhealthy lifestyle because of emotional or mental blocks...I do not see how a Doctor can fix this. You can't force someone to get to know themselves or to learn how to take care of themselves. That is what a mother is for or a minister? Or perhaps a nutritional therapist, psychologist, or personal trainer.
In addition to GPS ankle bracelets, we should install web cams at the offenders' home. The parole officers should be able to access these cameras at any time.
Today I see that Sharon Atkins is up for parole. This should never happen. Just because she was given a stay of execution, does not mean she should be released. As she has stated in the past prior to stabing Sharon Tate 16 times " I showed no mercy and killed her and her unborn baby". She should continue to rot in prison.
