Editor's Note: Thursday night AC360 viewers found a little more to talk about related to the return of Laura Ling and Euna Lee, and raised the concerns on setting a precedent for negotiated releases with “tyrants like Kim Jong Il.” But the majority of feedback came from viewers with questions, comments and opinions on the pending Health Care Reform. Most seemed to feel it is the most important issue facing Americans right now and asked for more details and information about what the reform really means for them. Read some of the comments we received, and then tell us what you think:

Explain in detail health care reform and its policies. Explain single payer health care. Explain public health care option. Explain how we can affect change with our Congress after we're informed. Explain how the current system will look in 10 years and 20 years if we make no changes. Be a news media and don't dumb down to us.

Everybody is weighing in on President Obama's health plan, usually in the negative. So, why hasn't anybody offered anything that would make the President's plan unnecessary? Is that all the Republicans can do is complain?

Health care reform is in my view the most important issue facing Americans. The fact that there is such a thing as "a pre-existing condition" clause that prevents citizens from getting coverage is beyond absurd. Health care is a right not a privilege.

Could somebody address the fact that as we rate our health care with polls perhaps the 47million uninsured are not represented as they AREN'T able to sit at their computers to vote on polls? It's just a thought.

I think it’s wonderful that Lisa ling and Euna Lee have been freed from No. Korea. However, I think it’s a dangerous precedent to set to have former presidents negotiating with tyrants like Kim Jung Il. Furthermore, I'm disappointed in all the coverage these two women journalists are receiving. They were away from home for four months. Where is the footage of the reunions for the tens of thousands of soldiers who have returned from the conflict of war?

I have wondered and waited for all of the reporters and economic think tanks to put this out and no one has.. so.. Why are we not pulling together and going back to the BUY American? If the trickle down effect has put so many of us out of work and brought so many companies to thier knees cant the trickup effect also work ?
For months now if it does not say Made In USA I do not buy it, that includes canned fruit, yes you heard me right the canned fruit you buy in the grocery is Not from our farmers, not a Walmart bash but I don't shop there much anymore because it is so hard to find USA products, I have learned if I cant find it USA made I don't need it for the most part there are somethings that I have to have like car parts, I request USA and have to pick from China or Mexico and I drive an american made car ! I would like american made parts !
If we all stick to this for even 6 months It has to bring back supply and demand which means more Americans will return to work pay taxes and start to bring the huge spending under control, If we bring less into our country, then we will have to produce it, I fear for my kids, we can't afford collage now, most of our 401 is gone and there aren't any jobs.
There should be an internet site that american companies can sign up at with a product list and who sells thier products so we can easily find them and buy more American Goods
