A Los Angeles Superior Court judge on Monday approved an agreement granting Katherine Jackson permanent custody of her son Michael Jackson's children.

Good – Katherine Jackson should have custody. The children are already close to their grandmother and this will at least give them a sense of continuity to their lives. And with their grandmother they will benefit from having all the other Jackson brothers and sisters nearby and available to help their grandmother. Glad to see the court did something logical for once.

Good for Katherine!!! It is what Michael wanted.
Michael often stated that she was "Perfection" in his eyes.
All we have to do now is pray that Joe does not try to control
their lives as well and does not ever abuse them or take their
    childhood away.

The home videos of these kids with thier Daddy is both sweet and
sad at the same time. They truly adored him...
