It seems a long while to wait for the toxicology and autopsy reports on Michael Jackson–though it should bring some sense of closure knowing the cause of his death. The investigation, etc. will probably go on indefinitely, though–I'm glad you continue the coverage.

    Good evening, Anderson!

I agree with Sarah. Too much blame is going towards Dr. Murray! It's clear that Michael Jackson was leading a dangerous lifestyle riddled with drugs or other harmful substances.

    Hi Anderson,

As much as I hate to say it, I don't think ANY of this investigation will hold up in court! I doubt criminal charges...maybe civil charges at best.

They can test Mj's hair folical to see if Diprivan is present and if so, for how long!

The doc will only loose his license. Sad but true, there's too many drugs and doctors involved but murray was the last one there.

good evening Anderson, Erica and everyone!

I think Dr. Murray is in deep trouble, as may be other doctors..................

Hi Anderson, so obviously Dr. Murray is the target, but what about the other doctors who have prescribed him things over the years? Shouldn't they face some scrunity as well?

Hi all, Does anyone know if there is some kind of drug that counters the effects of Diprivan?

Yeah, it seems more like MJ was pronounced at the hospital and had been pretty much dead for some time before them.

I'm getting kind of tired of the whole MJ thing, but it is rather compelling the way new stuff seems to pop up each night.

I think the estate should be left in the care of Janet Jackson or maybe his brothers, until his 3 kids are old enough to get the house.

Couldn't MJ's doc have had enough time to hide/dispose of incriminating evidence after all this time since MJs death?

With all that we have going on in the country right now do we really need another "in depth" look at Michael Jackson's tragic death. It is incredibly sad, and my heart goes out to his family but really... Health Care, do you know who the Lewin Group is? Keep them honest. What about the economy – what is going on with the housing market?

Doc Murray is probably gonna be charged with negligent homicide or involuntary manslaughter. It's the RIGHT thing to do. Doc will get off with probation and probably lose his license. And to top it off, I dont think he ever got paid a cent from MJ.

I'm wondering how MJ remotely thought he could trust someone with his life when the person he was hiring was doing something for him so unethical and dangerous it could kill someone.

What was there to work on? It is obvious that Michael was already dead when the paramedics arrived. I'll be glad when Conrad Murray, Arnold Klein, and the other death doctors are incarcerated.

  17. Kelly

Agree with Nancy–the coroner should be able to determine the time of death. I thought from the beginning that if he was using Propofol to sleep then the time the paramedics called seemed odd–I'm sure he died hours before and Dr. Murray was just trying everything in vain to revive him.

I just can't understand why Murray didn't get rid of all the evidence right away. They gave him plenty of time, he even knew what they would be looking for.

    Hey Anderson!

The discussion during the day today was about Diprivan and substances that should be controlled. It's easy to get anywhere dangerous drugs and doctors, in many cases are colluding.

Why do doctors that, should 'take care' of us, risk and playing with human life?

    July 28, 2009 at 10:10 pm |
  23. mariajeancupo

I think its safe to say IF Dr. Murray is in this, he's not the only one involved with these drugs. He only worked for Michael since May of this year...

Follow the money,Jackson´s millions looks like the reason of his unfortunate departure, it is evident, people around him where using him.

Why is Michael Jackson not being held accountable for his own death??? He had to have known what he was doing was dangerous.

    July 28, 2009 at 10:08 pm |
  26. Nancy

Can't the coroner pinpoint the time of death, which would determine if MJ died hours before 911 was called?

    July 28, 2009 at 10:08 pm |
  27. Fred

Randi Kaye just said that Michael died at the hospital. Obviously he was already dead before he got there.

I knew it was just a matter of time before the vultures started circling over the Jackson estate, but then that is what happens with all the rich and famous.

    July 28, 2009 at 10:08 pm |
  29. Cynthia, NC

Good evening. The paramedics worked on MJ for 45 minutes before transporting him to the hospital? You would think if he was in such serious condition, they would have rushed Michael to the hospital much sooner.

    Hey Y'all! Happy Martes!

I cant wait until MJ's autopsy comes out into the public, i really want know what killed him. If the doctor killed MJ he should step forward and tell the truth about Michael's Jackson death.

You knew that the estate was going to have issues, how could it possibly be in doubt given the cast of characters around MJ.

God Bless Randi-Kaye for all of the hard work she has done on this story.

I think there is too much speculation on which doctor did what. We need records and toxics report.

Good evening Anderson and all. Another wait for the toxicology. I am suspicious. Alot is riding on this. I have a question for your experts. Does the coroner have to rule the death a homicide in order to charge the doctor with manslaughter??? I don't think it's the toxicology that's holding this up. I think it's the coroner's ruling of the cause of death and the findings of the coroner's investigation that is ongoing.
