Simply said,"The Road To Hell,is Paved With Good Intentions"and President Obama is surely on the path (headed for?) a four year term! Change is nice if you you can get it,but at what price? He needs to sit down Rahm ( The Vulpine) Emanuel, and give him a stern talk about whose agenda/administration he's (Rahm)actually working for,...?

I think it is very funny that the entire country has totally forgotten about the mess this country was in when Obama received the reins. Now the Political adversaries want him to turn 8 years of total negligence into a golden carriage. This is not about fixing the economy, its about who is in the seat of the Presidency when you listen to the Republican side of the government. This country is still living in the 1800's and do not want to see someone like Obama succeed. They are willing to allow the country to suffer and collapse and attack the President ,than to allow him to move forward and do what he can to salvage what is left of the mess the Bush Administration left behind. This is probably the first President in history who has shown concern for the masses or everyday people. If equilibrium comes at very low levels then let us start at the low levels and build this nation back up to where it was in the past. Wall street is recovering and the banks stop closing. A light should go on because that is progress. Unemployment will still continue to suffer because companies are closing and when you start up new companies , it may take a year to get it off the groung and the banks are now tight fist when it comes to loaning the money to small business. The Loans need to come directly from the government to the small businesses. Unemployment will continue for at least another year and there is nothing any one can do about it because that ball has started rolling and it has to be broken not slowed down. The fiasco in New York was an attempt to gain control of the banking and wall street. If they couldn't pull it off then plan B was to stop the money from flowing by not legislating. This would make the Obama plan appear that its not working. Mind you the plan was implemented by the Bush Administration and thrown in the Obama Administrations lap. What was he suppose to do with it. The Polls is another joke. Where are they coming from? No one in my community was ever asked about the Presidents approval rating so how can you say the he is losing ground.. I am Making a prediction. After Septembery 12 2009 you will see an up swing in the success of this man. You mark my word. All of his nay sayers will have to to eat crow. Ego's have no place in politics and the Republicans should just suck it up and take the loss like an adult.
