Michael Jackson taken to hospital with cardiac arrest

We're learning from our affiliate, KTLA, that Michael Jackson has been hospitalized. He was taken to the UCLA Hospital with cardiac arrest. We'll keep you posted with more details. More information tonight.

awwww.....Michael we will miss u so much...RIP
I was on my way to work today when I heard the news on the radio I even felt like calling in, my heart went out to him and I was sad to heard that the King of Pop is gone. Micheal a musical geneis and a very awesome and talented dancer I love to watch him perform i will truly miss him in this life time and if he ended up in heaven then one day i get to see him again, hopefully if he knew the Lord, the creator of the universe(God) I send my condolences to his family and may the Lord see them through the grieving process. Micheal was 6years older than me i never met him or been to his concerts Im a big fan but not a craze fan. there will only be one king of pop and one king of rock and roll no one will ever live up to elvis or micheal. Micheal thought beyond, even though mentally he was not all there i believe that micheal went back to a time in his life when he was most comfortable and that was the age of 4. I say that because his son was asked during and interview how old is your dad and he said 4 and I beleived he son was right. he didn't say 44 he said my dad is 4. through eveything he has been through micheal was a very lonely man and never got to enjoy his child hood. I beleive that with his come back he had to be better and beyond what he has ever done and I think he put to much stress on himself trying to be a perfect performer. through it all the child molestation case i think everthing just took a toll on his body and his heart couldn't take it. He was a loving man with a good heart and he just wanted people to come together no matter what race you are and be happy and be united and just live life loving everybody that comes across your path way.
i loved the songs you made. You were good with the jackson 5 and by yourself you are a true legend
he was a really good person and great singer. He was about to go on tour too sold out all his gigs.

their pain now ,and are home with Jesus.And their familys will
see them again.they are in all their glory,and I know jesus

Surreal is an understatement, the most shocking day news-wise, since 9/11, and the most cataclysmic entertainment news since the death of Elvis Presley.
it is sad ,there is alot more important news that will impact the world he will be not be forgotten but the news of the world should not stop there are hunderds being killed around the world and there no coverage a super star maybe but there is more important news then his death
as a teenager from a small town in GA, I remember my aunt purchasing me the victory concert tour ticket. i was so excited. it was my first concert. he was so talented. we were blessed to have such a wonderful man to share his musical ability with us.

Today and for many years to come we will mourn the death of a remarkable, multi-talented, misunderstood, and highly scrutinized celebrity of all time. His untimely death made us all realized that despite his flaws his music was the perfect extension of himself.

The legendary Michael Jackson, King of Pop has left us with a huge void no one can fill. As a teenager growing up in the '80s, the tempo of his music was like the blood running through ones veins. He was an icon, his music,unmatched and his moonwalk, Oh, so magical. The man was magical himself.In the face of adversity, he remained poised and graceful. He fed the hungry and had genuine love for children and the unfortunate. My heart is filled with grief and an emptiness of losing such a precious soul. MICHAEL, I LOVE YOU ! You are the greatest! Now that you're resting, hopefully, your lifelong critics will now give it a rest. You're the KING, no one takes your crown! MJ, we miss you. R.I.P
It is heart rending learning about Michael Jackson's death but he will be forever remembered for his incredible talent that he shared with the world. It is so sad to lose such a great musical icon that has set some exemplary standards that influence artistes today. My prayers go out to his family who haven't lost an icon but lost a son, a brother, a father, an uncle and so much more. I pray that God keeps them comforted and renews their hope.

Michael Jackson brought a new way of thinking to the world of music. He thought it & brought it ! He will definitely be missed & not for his death no not this. Melody of music, entertainment in a show, therapy for the mind, 4sho. His articulateness made way for many with his style, talent, and performance, this is oh so tragic, don't we all wish this was bad Magic? God's child will rest awhile. R.I.P. I could not believe de news when I heard it. I ve been up all day just listening to de comments on CNN. It's really heart breaking and alot of children & even adults I believe will go through alot of emotional shock on dis day. Micheal, eventhough u are no more, u still have a mark in my heart and dat of my brothers. We love you, love all ur records & music videos. Ride on legend! Ride on! Becos u still alive in spirit.
I am saddened by the death of Michael Jackson, I was at work today with co-workers celebrating my 53rd birthday when i heard the news. I grew up with Micheal and the Jackson 5.
I was crazy about him, and will always be. He was a wonderful human being and the ultimate artist. He will be greatly missed.
My heartfelt prayers are with his family.
