I was driving when it was confirmed that Michael Jackson was gone. It was hard to tell my ten year old son the news because Isaiah admired his music. Of course Isaiah cried but I told him that Michael is safe now and no loner feeling alone. My prayers go out to his children and especially his mother Katherine.

I will also always remember Farrah. What little girl of the 1970's didn't have Charlie's Angels everything and the Farrah style doll with instructions for that famous do? She was an amazing actress throughout her career. My prayers are with her family as well. Such a sad day.

I remember my two young teenage daughters dancing and learning to moonwalk to Michael's music. Even their goofy mom tried it, too! And Thriller! So fun! He brought us such joy over the years and I thank him for that. I feel for sure he's singing and moonwalking all around Heaven right now and we can all look forward to joining the group someday! He will never be forgotten in my heart. Michael will live on......

A part of me died today with Michael Jackson. I am absolutely devasted. "I'll Be There" was the first song I learned...at age 3. As a teen I plastered my room with over 300 posters, including the ceiling. I signed every letter I wrote "Mrs. Jackson" and watched him perform at The Grammys in NYC. My heart is heavy. My eyes swollen from the tears. I can't believe it...Michael Jackson, the greatest entertainer who ever lived, is dead...please wake me up from this nightmare.

Terribly sad about Michael Jackson. How could it be that someone so beloved could be so lonely and alone. Seemingly he was 2 people. One was the phenomenal entertainer like no other. The other, a sickly, lonely man. Sometimes people can't be saved but if only his personal life could have given him what he needed. He deserved better than what he got after his acquittal.

Gotta find my Tiger Beat magazine from the late 70s that photographed a party they hosted with the "current teen stars". I was invited by some dude and ended up hangin' and dancing with several of the young stars. Lucky me.

But, in the magazine there is a pic of me and Michael dancing with other people, but obviously enjoying our proximity.

After, we talked. He was a cool young guy. Miss that guy.

Shortly after 5 pm EST, someone tweeted that TMZ had reported Michael Jackson had died. I quickly went online but found nothing but the hoax stories. When, an hour later, I learned the stunning truth, I was devastated. I grew up listening to Michael... Thriller is my favorite album of all time. I simply cannot believe the King of Pop is gone. I have been crying since 6:30 p.m. when the word came that he was not just in a coma, but dead.

I"m still in complete shock. It's surreal to hear about his death. Some of the funnest memories of my childhood are tied to Michael's music, music that trancends across all generations and genres. Though he was one of the lonliest person's on the planet, he touched millions of people, including me. And while he may no longer be with us, he is no longer in pain and no longer will be exploited. Though he's gone, his music and his incredible and legendary life will live on forever. May his sould rest in peace.

Thank you Anderson for portraying his life and career with such respect and honesty.

It is a sad day to lose one of the world's most influential, and passionate musicians. As I was watching CNN, they were saying that he was about to have a come back. In my eyes, he was always on top. I was born in 1990. My generation has as much love for Michael Jackson as the generation that grew up with him. Every age and color loves Michael Jackson, His music throught the years has touched peoples souls in every way shape and form. It is such a tragedy to lose such a caring and inspirational man. His music will always be in my heart. God bless you Michael Jackson. You are one in a million
